BREAKING: Appeals Court Rules All Mail-In Ballots Must Be Received by Election Day In Order to Be Counted:

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals on Friday ruled all mail-in ballots must be received by election day in order to be counted.

The panel of three Trump-appointed judges – Andrew Oldham, James Ho and Kyle Duncan – said Mississippi was violating federal law by counting mail-in ballots that arrive after Election Day.

CNN reported:

A panel of three Donald Trump-appointed judges said Friday that Mississippi was violating federal law by counting mail ballots that arrive after Election Day, but stopped short of blocking the policy before the election, in a ruling that could nevertheless impact voting-related lawsuits this fall.

More Democrat Election Shenanigans? U.S. Postal Worker Arrested in Florida After Stealing Over 1,000 Pieces of Mail Including Election Ballots and Dumping the Items in the Woods:

U.S. Postal Service workers are now seemingly engaging in election shenanigans as President Trump soars in the polls and the GOP dominates in early voting.

As WFTV 9 reported, newly filed court documents reveal federal authorities have arrested U.S. mail carrier Ottis McCoy on allegations that he stole U.S. mail and dumped the materials in the woods instead of delivering them to his assigned route in Orlando, Florida.

McCoy’s manager reportedly checked the worker’s GPS and discovered he deviated from his route. In total, McCoy disposed of over 1,000 pieces of mail, including 400 political mailings and at least one election ballot.

McCoy’s co-worker then discovered the items. Court documents also reveal McCoy returned unusually early despite leaving significant amounts of mail.

Thousands of apparently fraudulent voter applications discovered in Pennsylvania:

Lancaster County's district attorney indicated that there were two dumps of suspect voter registration applications.

Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, District Attorney Heather Adams announced Friday that investigators have uncovered evidence of what appears to be a "large scale" voter fraud campaign.

The Republican DA indicated during a press conference that the county's chief clerk of elections and registrar of voter registration, Christa Miller, contacted her earlier in the week regarding what appeared to be fraudulent voter registration applications received by her office.

County commissioner Ray D'Agostino, the chairman of the Lancaster County Board of Elections, confirmed that two separate drop batches, amounting altogether to roughly 2,500 completed applications, were dumped off by individuals near the county's elections office around the time of the Monday deadline.

According to the DA, when preparing to enter the forms into the Statewide Uniform Registry, "staff noticed that numerous applications appeared to have the same handwriting, were filled out on the same day with unknown signatures, and some were previously registered voters and the signatures on file did not match the signatures on the applications."

Adams indicated that in their review so far, investigators have found signs of fraud affecting 60% of the registrations.

The issues encountered have included inaccuracies with the addresses listed on the applications; false personal identifying information, including false names; and inconsistencies between Social Security information and names. While the identifying information on other suspect applications appeared to be correct, the corresponding residents confirmed that they had not requested or completed the forms, and further, that the signatures on the forms were not theirs.
