At one point Joe Biden bragged about defying the US Supreme Court’s ruling on his unconstitutional student loan bailout. Biden has used a series of workarounds to circumvent the Supreme Court’s decision to strike down his student loan bailout program. Last year the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 against Joe Biden’s student loan relief program so the Department of Education rolled out a workaround forbearance program to cancel $39 billion in student loans by counting non-payments as payments for a period of time. Only it isn’t your typical forbearance program. Borrowers won’t have to pay back ‘missed’ payments or make up the difference of ‘reduced’ payments. No interest will accrue on any of the missed payments. Biden bragged about forcing hardworking middle-class Americans to pay for other people’s student loans. “The Supreme Court of the United States blocked me, but they didn’t stop me!” Biden shouted. Biden falsely claimed his debt cancellation is free. https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2024/02/biden-brags-about-defying-supreme-court-ruling-student/ Special Counsel Robert Hur will not charge President Joe Biden for his handling of classified documents but included stunning revelations in his report of the deterioration of Biden’s mental state that are perhaps more politically damning. The report says the investigation “uncovered evidence that President Biden willfully retained and disclosed classified materials after his vice presidency when he was a private citizen” but does not establish guilt “beyond a reasonable doubt.” Yet Hur’s assessment of Biden’s “significantly limited” memory also played a part in his decision not to prosecute. “We have also considered that, at trial, Mr. Biden would likely present himself to a jury, as he did during our interview of him, as a sympathetic, well-meaning, elderly man with a poor memory,” the report states. “Based on our direct interactions with and observations of him, he is someone for whom many jurors will want to identify reasonable doubt.” “It would be difficult to convince a jury that they should convict him — by then a former president well into his eighties — of a serious felony that requires a mental state of willfulness.” Shockingly, the report says, “He did not remember, even within several years, when his son Beau died.” Biden has often spoken about his son Beau’s death from brain cancer, on numerous occasions attributing his death to dying in Iraq. Perhaps most damning is Biden’s inability to remember his time as vice president. He did not remember when he was Vice-President. . . . .the evidence presented in the report leaves no doubt of Biden’s at-best sloppy handling of classified documents. “Among the places Mr. Biden’s lawyers found classified documents in the garage was a damaged, opened box containing numerous hanging folders, file folders, and binders. The box…was in a mangled state,” the report reads. The report also revealed evidence that Biden disclosed classified information to the ghostwriter of his book. The report’s release comes amid renewed questions about Biden’s mental health. In 2024, Biden has described recent conversations with foreign leaders who died many years ago. Russian leader Vladimir Putin said in his interview with Tucker Carlson this week that he asked U.S. President Bill Clinton in 2000 if Russia could join NATO and, while Clinton allegedly said he was personally warm to the idea, his advisers decided it was politically impossible. “I asked him: ‘Bill, do you think if Russia asked to join NATO, do you think it would happen?’ Suddenly he said, ‘You know, it’s interesting. I think so,’” Putin recalled. “But in the evening, when we met for dinner, he said: ‘You know, I’ve talked to my team, no, it’s not possible now,’” Putin continued. In a November 2021 interview recounted by the UK Guardian, former UK Defense Secretary George Robertson, who was the secretary-general of NATO from 1999 to 2003, told a story similar to the one Putin gave to Tucker Carlson. Robertson said Putin spoke with him in Brussels soon after becoming president of Russia in 2000 and expressed a desire to become “part of that secure, stable, prosperous West that Russia was out of at the time.” “When are you going to invite us to join NATO?” he recalled Putin asking. Robertson said his response was, “Well, we don’t invite people to join NATO; they apply to join NATO.” Putin retorted that he had no intention of “standing in line with a lot of countries that don’t matter.” Russian President Vladimir Putin told Tucker Carlson that the United States has, in his opinion, the motive and the means to blow up the Nord Stream gas pipeline, a claim that follows by just days the inconclusive report of the Swedish investigation into the blast. The United States “for sure” blew up the Nord Stream pipeline in the Baltic sea, Russian President Vladimir Putin claimed during his interview with broadcaster Tucker Carlson this week. The allegation, which he made without corroborating evidence, was said to be self-evidently true because the U.S. had both the motivation and the means to damage the energy infrastructure. When probed for further details, such as “evidence” for the claim by Carlson, and even in response to the suggestion proving who blew up Nord Stream might constitute a “propaganda victory” for Moscow, Putin refused to be drawn. He replied: “, I won’t get into details, but people always say in such cases, look for someone who is interested. But in this case, we should not only look for someone who is interested, but also for someone who has capabilities, because there may be many people interested, but not all of them are capable of sinking to the bottom of the Baltic Sea and carrying out this explosion.” Asked why he wouldn’t give up what he knew on what Tucker called “the biggest act of industrial terrorism ever”, Putin shrugged off the question by stating it was pointless trying to go toe-to-toe with the U.S. on the “war of propaganda” because Washington “controls all the world’s media”, so Moscow couldn’t hope to compete. “It’s clear to the whole world what happened” to Nord Stream, said Putin, so elaborating any further would not be cost-effective. Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson interviewed Russian President Vladimir Putin on his Twitter/X show posted on Thursday. The wide-ranging interview lasted for over two hours. The Putin interview took place in Moscow, Russia on February 6th, 2024. [See the entire interview at this website below.] Fascinating interview. At one point Putin says he knows Tucker tried to 'join' the CIA, but he wasn't accepted. Tucker looked very embarrassed. Putin also gave him a file full of copies from archive documents to prove his history lesson about the origin and status of Ukraine. I won't be surprised if the file also contains some other juicy tidbits that Tucker might find useful later. What a interesting interview with Putin. I have read some of it and it shows just how far this country has went down hill. When the Russian leader makes more since and sounds more sane than American leaders. President Joe Biden has made the astonishing claim that the only existential threat in the world is climate change, which is worse than nuclear war. “There is only one existential threat we face in this world, and that’s the environment,” Mr. Biden told guests at a campaign reception in New York on Wednesday. “I mean, it literally is the existential threat. “It’s even more consequential than nuclear power, nuclear war,” he continued. “That would be horrible and awful, and it would just make the environment incredibly worse. But it’s about the environment.” Everything is going perfectly to God's plan.Biden Brags About Defying Supreme Court Ruling on Student Loan Bailout, Claims Debt Cancellation is FREE, “It’s Not Costing People”:
