Zohran Mamdani’s New York City Includes a 12-Block-Long Homeless Encampment in Manhattan:

New York City appears to be on the verge of replicating Los Angeles by establishing its own crime-ridden skid row in the form of a 12-block-long homeless encampment that continues to grow on Manhattan’s West Side.

Those who live, work and visit nearby are telling at least one news outlet that the city is failing to address the tents, trash and reported illegal activity in the alarming stretch of vagrant dwellings between the Intrepid Museum and the Jacob Javitz Center.

“This site has been noticed and it will be cleared,” the mayor said. “As with any site once we notice there is seven days until the point of clearing.  Each of those seven days is characterized by outreach from city workers looking to connect those who are present with services, whether it be services at a shelter, medical services, or supportive services beyond that.”

He did not say when the seven-day waiting period kicks in, according to the Post report.

Encampments, like those in Los Angeles, bring more than “homeless” people, critics say. As L.A. mayoral candidate Spencer Pratt said repeatedly in his unsuccessful campaign, encampments don’t indicate a housing problem. They are the result of a drug problem.

He told an L.A. ABC affiliate in May:

Well, they’re not homeless. They’re drug addicts. Most of these people are addicted to fentanyl and meth. This isn’t Spencer making that up. There is places for all of these people to sleep in L.A. No matter what anybody tells you, we have housing and shelter for everyone that’s living on the street. They are choosing to be on the streets because they want to do drugs. They don’t want rules. They don’t want to listen.

There were also reports of vagrants drawing power from utility poles, which resulted in comments from the New York Police Department (NYPD) earlier this week.

“The NYPD has not been given the green light to clean this encampment up, but we are ready to do so,” an NYPD spokesperson told Fox News Digital.

Exclusive — Vivek Ramaswamy: We Must Get Ohio to a ‘Zero State Income Tax’

Ohio must become a “zero state income tax” state, Republican gubernatorial candidate Vivek Ramaswamy said during an appearance on Breitbart News Daily.

Ramaswamy, one of the originals involved in the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) movement, explained that making Ohio a zero income tax state will “require a government that doesn’t spend money on unnecessary things, but actually focuses on the few things the state needs to be doing well, like infrastructure and building highways,” emphasizing that there is a “lot of waste, a lot of fraud, a lot of abuse that we have to wring out of the system.”

And right now, one of the biggest line items in our state budget, actually the biggest line item, is the Medicaid budget, where there is rampant — I believe rampant — at least 10 percent waste, fraud, and abuse,” he said, explaining that he is going to “prosecute” that “aggressively.”

White House: More than Quarter of a Million Foreigners Illegally Registered to Vote in Four States:

President Donald Trump released documents on Thursday evening that detail problems with the nation’s election system, including revealing that a portion of foreign nationals are illegally registered to vote.

The document, which focuses on noncitizen voting, was posted to the White House website. Multiple investigations from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), the document states, have exposed that more than 250,000 foreign nationals are illegally registered to vote in California, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Nevada alone.

The document touts the Trump administration’s enhanced SAVE system to streamline and more easily have states identify and remove foreign nationals from their voter rolls.

“In the short time that the enhanced SAVE system has been available to states, 10 states have processed their full voter lists,” the document states:

As of June 22, 2026, a total of 25 different states processed more than 68 million registration records through the SAVE system.DHS has enabled those states to identify over 400,000 deceased registrants and over 28,000 non-citizens who illegally registered to vote.[Emphasis added]

...Radical Democratic Socialists of America Plans to Destroy Key Institutions:

The Gateway Pundit reported on a recent interview with Gustavo Gordillo is the co-chair of the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) in New York City.

Speaking with Fox News host Martha MacCallum, DSA tried to clarify its position on abolishing key institutions in the United States, including eliminating the Senate and replacing the President and Supreme Court with “an executive and judiciary chosen by and subordinate to Congress.”

From DSA’s website:

For the working class to govern, we need a new political system. End political corruption and legalized bribery: get rid of lobbyists, dark money, and Citizens United, and publicly finance all elections. Abolish the Electoral College. Replace the President and Supreme Court with an executive and judiciary chosen by and subordinate to Congress.

During the discussion, Gordillo showed that he does not even understand the difference between the U.S. Senate and the House of Representatives, nor does he understand the system of government he and his fellow radicals are so eager to destroy.

“The United States Senate is an undemocratic institution. It gives more representation to people in smaller states than to the 30 million people in California.”

The Yale graduate apparently thinks the founders created a democracy.  They did not and that was done with forethought.  We are a constitutional Republic.

But no matter what we are, the radicals just want us destroyed.

Olive Garden becomes unlikely face of voter ID fight after restaurant's policy goes viral:

Olive Garden's Never-Ending Pasta Pass sparked an unlikely political firestorm after conservatives applauded the restaurant's photo ID requirement, arguing the policy is stricter than voting laws in some Democrat-led states.

"Olive Garden requires ID to use their never ending pasta pass but most Democrat run states don’t require your ID to vote. So in America, our pasta deals are literally more secure than our elections. Maddening and hilarious at the same time," one conservative commentator, Robby Starbuck, wrote on X.

"The Never-Ending Pasta Pass is only for use by the Passholder whose name is printed on the Pass. Passes are personalized and non-transferable. Passholders must present a valid photo I.D. along with the Pass at the time of ordering," the restaurant posted to X on Thursday.

"Olive Garden takes their Pasta Pass security more seriously than Democrats take election security," White House spokesperson Abigail Jackson told Fox News Digital. "It’s sad but true."

"The SAVE America Act is a commonsense police, supported by the vast majority of Americans, that will secure our elections for generations to come. The only people opposed seem to be Democrats in Congress… I wonder why?" she added.
