'No longer safe': Trump weighs asylum plan for UK Jews amid rising antisemitism:

The Trump administration is weighing the possibility of offering asylum to Jews in the United Kingdom amid rising antisemitism, according to comments made to The Telegraph.

Robert Garson, personal lawyer to President Donald Trump and a Manchester-born former UK barrister, revealed that he has held discussions with the US State Department about providing sanctuary for British Jews seeking to escape what he described as an increasingly hostile environment.

Garson told The Telegraph that the UK is “no longer a safe place for Jews," citing the Islamist attack on a Manchester synagogue and the surge in antisemitism following the October 7 Hamas massacre in Israel. He said these developments led him to conclude that British Jews should be offered refuge in the United States.

In the interview, Garson said he sees “no future" for Jews in the UK and attributed much of the blame to Prime Minister Keir Starmer, whom he accused of allowing antisemitism to flourish.

Garson: "It is a highly educated community… It is a populous that speaks English natively, that is educated and doesn’t have a high proportion of criminals. There were conversations."

The real reason Israel opposed a US strike on Iran and the rare opportunity for regime change:

According to senior U.S. sources, the message conveyed last week from Israel’s top leadership to the American administration was clear: Israel’s opposition to a military strike at this stage is not rooted in concerns over interceptor shortages or fears of its air defense systems collapsing.

... the core argument presented by Israel to the Americans was fundamentally different. Israeli officials argued that the strike plan sitting on the table last week would not have achieved the overarching mission of toppling the regime in Tehran. While it could inflict heavy damage, disrupt military infrastructure and temporarily destabilize the regime, it would not lead to regime change.

Now, according to assessments in Israel, the U.S. is shifting gears.  ...The emphasis is not solely on military capabilities, but also on identifying internal vulnerabilities within the Iranian system—economic, social, ethnic and political—that could, when combined with military action, meaningfully destabilize the regime. Simultaneously, serious consideration is being given to the formation of a credible political alternative, based on the understanding that even a successful military operation will not achieve strategic goals without a viable political horizon.

...the IDF grows more prepared with each passing day, gaining cumulative advantages that could prove decisive in the next conflict, if and when it occurs.

Does Israel need more Arrow missiles? Always—and in large numbers. But there are other defense systems, there are offensive capabilities and there is a rare strategic opportunity to bring down the Iranian regime.

Trump Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick Hits it Out of the Park at World Economic Forum: ‘Globalization Has Failed the West’

We don’t hear a lot of news about Trump’s Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick and that’s a shame, because he is a very smart man.

This week, he is at the World Economic Forum and in one set of remarks at the event, he explained to the other attendees how globalization has failed the west and America.

He also included a pointed warning to other countries that they should be adopting an ‘America First’ type of policy for their own people.

HOWARD LUTNICK: Globalization has failed the West and the United States of America. It’s a failed policy. It is what the WEF has stood for, which is export offshore, far-shore, find the cheapest labor in the world and the world is a better place for it.

The fact is, it has left America behind. It has left the American worker behind.

Sovereignty is your borders. You’re entitled to have borders. You shouldn’t offshore your medicine. You shouldn’t offshore your semiconductors. You shouldn’t offshore your entire industrial base and have it be hollowed out beneath you.

You should not be dependent for that which is fundamental to your sovereignty on any other nation. And if you’re going to be dependent on someone, it darn well better be your best allies.

I view the WEF as not a flagpole in the middle, but in fact they are the flag—whichever way the wind blew.

So with blue, you should have solar, you should have wind. Why are you going to do solar and wind? Why would Europe agree to be net zero in 2030 when they don’t make a battery? They don’t make a battery.

So if they go 2030, they are deciding to be subservient to China, who makes the batteries. Why would you do that?
