It is spreading: Israelis to Join Canada, Other Countries in Convoy of Freedom: The Freedom Convoy that began on Saturday in Ottawa Canada has caught on in other places around the world and now, a grassroots movement is planning on taking the protest to the holy city of Jerusalem. Though the initiative began on Friday with the posting of a Facebook page and no precise time or place, over 25,600 people have already signed on with the number quickly rising. Convoys are appearing in Canada, Australia, Sweden, Denmark, and the Netherlands. And Israel is now joining the ranks. Still in the planning stages, the locations and times of the convoys will be announced within the next few days. “Our message is the same as the other convoys around the world. The government needs to stop entirely all of the restrictions related to the pandemic. The government must stop classifying this as a national emergency. The great news keeps coming in from our neighbor to the North. 100 Percent Fed Up – Canada’s Truckers for Freedom Convoy have now been joined by farmers and tow truck drivers, who have broken through the police blockades in a show of support for the truckers’ anti-vaccine mandate movement. The trucker convoy is now blocking the US-Canada border between Alberta and Montana as part of their protest. The police set up barricades on the highway and called in tow trucks to come and remove the semi-trucks from the highway. While the tow truck drivers did show up, instead of coming to tow the semis, they joined the protest instead! I believe the Alberta government is now negotiating the end of all mandates. According to an Ottawa local, the mayor of Ottawa called tow truck companies to come tow the semis off the streets, but all the towing companies said they have COVID. Why not tow the mayor's car?
