I watched a segment on CBS 60 Minutes yesterday regarding the $10 billion James Webb Space Telescope designed to reach far beyond the Hubble. The program's personnel talked about going to the end of "creation" to uncover this and that. Of the total expected monies, just over $8 billion has been spent since the program started in 2003. If we set aside the atheistic or otherwise misguided NASA (and I am being polite) objectives, the investment of another $1 billion in federal monies in these economic times should be considered criminal. We have fellow citizens who should have priority to benefit from the federal, our taxes, funds. Hmm. Food, shelter, health care? Those in power could care less about the people. They are looking forward to the vaxx thinning the herd of useless eaters so they can lay claim to the resources we are “squandering”. Health care? They’ve provided that in the form of a vax and hey, they are giving it to us for free! Such nice and benevolent rulers! ? Yes, the mythical "free vaxxx."
