AYODHYA, India (Reuters) - A grand temple to Hindu god Lord Ram opens on Monday on a site in India millions believe is his birthplace, in a religious spectacle led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi months before he seeks a rare third term in elections. The construction of the temple is a 35-year-old, central promise of Modi’s Hindu nationalist Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and a contentious political issue that helped catapult the party to prominence and power. Hindu groups are portraying the inauguration ceremony in the northern city of Ayodhya as the peak of Hindu awakening after centuries of subjugation by Muslim and colonial powers. A Delta Airlines Boeing 757 jet taxiing on the runway with 184 passengers on board at Atlanta’s international airport was forced to abort takeoff when a nose wheel fell off and parted ways with the stricken flight. The wheel “came off and rolled down the hill” as the flight was waiting to begin its journey, according to a report from the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The plane is 32 years old. Delta confirmed the incident on the plane scheduled to fly from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport to Bogota, Colombia. Those events come as another blow to Boeing’s name. On Jan. 5 an Alaska Airlines jet had a door plug blow out shortly after takeoff when the plane was at 16,000 feet, leaving a gaping hole in the side of the jet, as Breitbart News reported. U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken was also grounded in Switzerland last Wednesday after his Boeing plane had a “critical failure” due to an oxygen leak. American historian Howard Zinn once said, “If you don’t know history, it’s as if you were born yesterday. If you were born yesterday, then any leader can tell you anything.” The American Museum of Natural History announced Friday that it will immediately close two halls showcasing Native American cultural artifacts in order to comply with updated federal regulations on repatriating indigenous remains and sacred objects to tribes, according to NBC News. The museum is shutting down its Hall of Eastern Woodlands and Hall of the Great Plains, which together contain thousands of items related to Native American tribes. Smaller objects across other galleries will also be removed from public view, according to The New York Times. The American Museum of Natural History is not the only prominent cultural institution moving swiftly to close exhibits and remove indigenous artifacts in order to meet the requirements of recently revised federal repatriation regulations, according to Fox44 News. The revised rules require museums and federal agencies to get tribal consent before displaying Native American human remains and sacred objects. The new regulations give museums five years to return all Native American remains in their collections and also require them to defer to tribes’ oral histories when determining which groups to send sacred cultural patrimony items back to, according to The Times. However, according to NBC, some tribal leaders worry meeting demands could burden communities that are also struggling to identify the origins of items obtained years ago. This makes determining which tribes to consult with difficult. While returning human remains may have merit even after thousands of years, the fact remains that many of these artifacts do not have any personal connection to existing tribes. Instead of allowing these items to be used as teaching tools to educate the next generation, Native American artifacts from The American Museum of Natural History will probably end up in some storage closet for decades while tribes try to decide where they belong and what their purpose used to be. The younger generations could have visited those artifacts to understand and appreciate the people who lived on this land and their cultures. Instead, they will now be greeted with empty shelves and apologies. What a shame. A 7-minute video from Prophecy in the News about China and Taiwan, especially China's disinformation campaign: On Sunday’s broadcast of “Life, Liberty & Levin” on Fox News, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) dismissed claims that the border crisis was a product of President Joe Biden being “incompetent,” as many have suggested. Instead, Cruz argued the situation was intentional and was driving the increase in illegal immigration. “It is a catastrophe on every level,” Cruz said. “It is a humanitarian disaster. It is a public health disaster. It is a public safety disaster. It’s a national security disaster. And you’re also right that this is deliberate. This is not caused by the fact that Joe Biden is incompetent, that Alejandro Mayorkas is negligent. This is the deliberate outcome they want. When Joe Biden became president, he inherited the lowest rate of illegal immigration in 45 years and he deliberately broke the system. He opened the border and the numbers immediately shot up, 9.6 million illegal immigrants have crossed into this country illegally.” “And you use the word slavery, you’re exactly right, that’s what it is,” he continued. “You may recall the last time Alejandro Mayorkas testified in front of the Judiciary Committee, where I put up a poster board with a picture of colored wristbands, and I asked him a question I said, ‘Mr. Secretary, what are these colored wristbands?’ And you and I are both lawyers, as lawyers, we never ask a question we don’t know the answer to. I’ll tell you Mayorkas’ answer blew me away. He said, “I have no idea what those wristbands are. I’ve never seen them before.” And with complete shock, I said to him, I said, ‘Mr. Secretary, you have just told the American people, you are utterly incompetent at your job, and you don’t give a damn enough to even pretend.'” Cruz said, “Why? Because just about every illegal alien that crosses this country is wearing one of these colored wristbands. They are color-coded for how many thousands of dollars they owe the cartels. If you stand on the banks of the Rio Grande River, you see hundreds of those wristbands laying in the grass and what happens? They turn themselves into the Border Patrol, and Joe Biden sends them to every city in America. And the teenage boys when they get there, they are working for the cartels. They’re committing crimes, they’re robbing cars, they’re robbing houses, they are mugging people because they have to pay back the money.” “And even worse, Mark, the teenage girls, thousands upon thousands of them get trapped in sex slavery, where they have to pay off the cartels, and they can be trapped for years in forced prostitution,” he added. “These colored wristbands are quite literally modern-day leg irons, and Joe Biden and Kamala Harris and the Washington Democrats — they do not care and they want this to continue.” It was love at first sight when Neil Semel saw the electric Mercedes EQS 450+ at a Pompano Beach, Florida, dealership. “I’ve always driven combustion engines and I thought it was time to try to save the planet,” Semel said. But after less than 5,000 miles of driving around his Boca Raton, Florida, neighborhood, Semel was shocked to find some essential — and very expensive — parts were already wearing out. The tires. “If somebody looked at me and said, Mr. Semel, you are going to love this car but in about 7,000 miles you will have to pay 1,400 or 1,500 dollars to replace the tires, I wouldn’t have bought the car,” Semel said. In “The Wizard of Oz”, at one point Dorothy tells her dog that she has “a feeling we’re not in Kansas anymore”. She had been dropped in a strange new world that was crazier than anything she had ever imagined. Needless to say, many of us feel the exact same way. We’re not in the America that we grew up in anymore. Instead, we now live in a country that appears to be a cross between a really bad science fiction movie and a freak show. #1 Facial recognition technology is now being implemented on a widespread basis. For example, the official TSA website is openly admitting that the TSA is starting to use facial scanning technology at airports nationwide… #2 The elite want to make national borders meaningless, and that is quickly becoming the case. So many people from foreign countries have moved into the Twin Cities area in Minnesota that authorities are being forced to put up signs explaining that peeing, pooping and rape are not allowed while riding public transportation… #3 Do you remember Michael Cassidy? He was the guy that beheaded the statue of Satan at the Iowa Capitol, and now he is being charged with a hate crime… #4 In Montana, one family just had their 14-year-old daughter permanently taken away from them because they wouldn’t allow her to transition to a different gender… #5 Sticking with Montana, it is being reported that a “bioagent superlab” in the state is doing experiments with “Ebola, Lassa fever, Nipah, and even the plague”… #6 During a Senate hearing on Wednesday, Ted Cruz asked Mark Zuckerberg why Instagram users are given the option to “see results anyway” when attempting to pull up images of child sexual abuse… #7 We have been warned for a long time that a cashless society is coming, but now we have reached a point where thousands of businesses all over the United States have already gone cashless… #8 Would you allow someone to put a computer chip in your head? Well, it is really starting to happen. This week, we learned that the very first “brain chip” has been implanted in a human subject… What do all of these eight things have in common? Each one of them shows that the agenda of the elite is rapidly advancing. We are living in a society that they are designing for their twisted purposes and that represents their twisted values. The good news is that we live at a time when all of their plans and programs will soon come crashing down. The elite will not succeed in creating the world that they so desperately desire, and evil will not triumph in the end. Replacement heart valves that grow inside the body are a step closer to reality following studies led by researchers at Imperial. Surgery to replace faulty heart valves has been possible for more than 60 years, but the treatment has medical drawbacks, both with mechanical or biological valves. But what if the body’s natural repair mechanisms could be harnessed to build a living heart valve, right where it is needed? Recent studies led by researchers at Harefield Hospital and Imperial’s National Heart and Lung Institute suggest that this approach is entirely possible. Heart valve replacement is a life-saving treatment, but it is rarely a long-term solution. Both mechanical and biological valves have their own drawbacks. Patients with mechanical valves must take drugs for the rest of their lives to prevent blood clotting. Biological valves, on the other hand, only last between 10 to 15 years. The treatment is particularly challenging for children with congenital heart defects, as the valves do not grow along with their bodies and must be replaced several times before they reach adulthood. The new approach developed by Sir Magdi Yacoub’s team at Harefield and Imperial is much more adaptable. “The aim of the concept we’ve developed is to produce a living valve in the body, which would be able to grow with the patient,” says Dr Yuan-Tsan Tseng, a biomaterials scientist working at the National Heart and Lung Institute and the Harefield Heart Science Centre. The procedure begins with a nanofibrous polymeric valve, but made from a biodegradable polymer scaffold rather than a durable plastic. “Once this is inside the body, the scaffold recruits cells and instructs their development, so that the body works as a bioreactor to grow new tissue,” Dr Tseng explains. “The scaffold gradually degrades and is replaced by our body’s own tissues.”Religious spectacle to mark opening of Ram temple by India's Modi:

At EV Garage Miami, a Sweetwater repair shop that services 90 percent electric vehicles, lead technician Jonathan Sanchez said tires are the most frequent thing customers come in about. . . . . he frequently changes EV tires at just 8,000 to 10,000 miles — a fourth or even fifth of typical tire wear on a gas-burning car.
Some studies have shown that tires actually have more particle pollution than exhaust, 2,000 times as much. Most EVs, thanks to the large battery system, weigh hundreds of pounds or more than equivalent gas vehicles. That can put more added stress on tires. . . . and the tires we will replace more often aren’t biodegradable.
