US Army Drops High School Diploma Requirement as Military Faces Unprecedented Challenges Under Joe Biden: After completely bending the knee to woke ideology and gutting itself with unconstitutional mandates that forced an experimental and dangerous vaccine, the US Military is taking the hacksaw to the standards that are used to find and train new recruits as the Armed Forces struggle through what some officials are calling the “most challenging recruiting year ever.” In addition to lowering almost every single physical qualification for new recruits to pass their initial training, the US Army has now dropped its requirement that recruits must have a high school diploma or a G.E.D. degree in a desperate effort to attract new blood into the ranks. In order to be eligible for service, new recruits will simply have to score a 50 on the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) test and be of eligible age (18 or older), the US Army explained in an announcement on Thursday. Officials for the service blamed a ‘lack of ability and desire’ among young Americans for the recruiting struggles throughout every branch of the military. As of now, the Army has reached just 40% of its recruitment goal for the fiscal year ending in October. This is on par with the rest of the six branches, which are all projected to fall short of their recruiting goals in 2022. In addition to the relaxed educational requirements, the Army has also removed restrictions on the placement, size, and number of tattoos that are allowed, as well as offered enhanced benefits and perks for new recruits in an effort to drum up interest. But, little has worked so far. Military preparedness now means having proper training on building a safe space for gender-sensitive ideologues, and, of course, always using the proper pronouns. In other NATO news, the alliance issued an official document on June 14 in which it presented China as a threat, writing, “China’s stated ambitions and assertive behavior present systemic challenges to the rules-based international order and to areas relevant to Alliance security.” Meanwhile, the G7 countries have implemented a rigid line against China manipulating global markets. Spanish and Moroccan border police opened fire on African immigrants killing 37 and wounding hundreds more. According to the division, the swarm began on December 27, 2021, with a magnitude 3.3 earthquake centered near Elgin. Since then, 44 low-magnitude earthquakes have occurred in the Elgin-Lugoff area, with the strongest being a magnitude of 3.6 on Wednesday. Seismologists believe these low-magnitude quakes are not indicators of larger earthquakes to come. The length of time over which they are occurring is what makes these distinctive. Native Americans Tell Democrats to Back Off on Building Their Abortion Mills on Tribal Lands: Democrat thought leader AOC and “Pocahontas” Warren are calling for the federal government to set up abortion mills on federal lands including Indian tribal lands. Representatives for some Indigenous tribes tell Axios they have no plans to set up abortion clinics on their lands and would take offense at any non-Native Americans, including progressives, telling them what to do. A recent study done at Brigham Young University shows that having a sister has positive and long-lasting impacts – particularly on social skills – that stretch far into adulthood. All those fights and frustrations will pay off one day, if they haven’t already. The study involved around 400 families with more than one child, at least one of them between the ages of 10 and 14 years old. The results were published in the Journal of Family Psychology in 2010. They showed that having a sister promoted positive mental health, including a greater capacity to empathize, communicate and – not surprisingly – resolve conflicts. “If siblings get in a fight, they have to regulate emotions. That’s an important skill to learn for later in life.” However much sisters might get under each other’s skin, no one can deny that life is not as lonely or boring with a sibling around.
