Well this is it ... in a few short hours it will be hello 2020 and goodbye 2019!

Does anyone have any New Year resolutions that they want to share? B-)

Geri,

As things will certainly heat up even more, hard to believe, but true, I am resolved to speak up more of the Gospel at any opportunity, pray harder and more often for the lost, and remain faithful in watching as it will be this year for our departure, everything in my spirit says so... not much of a new resolution but then it’s all about the heart focus right? As JD just reminded everyone, this is not my home and learning to love this world less, so we expect Christ calling more is the focus. Plus taking as many folks with us and snatching them away from that ole snake.... :prayer-hands:

:amen: Tammie I agree!  2020 could really be thee year of home going and I want to focus my attention to reading more of the Bible.  2019 it seems I spent more time unpacking, remodeling/decorating and I’m really a big neat freak (not as extreme as Monk though) I can’t have dishes in the sink and  everything must be in its place and the laundry done ... So I want to try to let things go and concentrate on longer devotions and my heart centered around the Lord.

New year resolution, not concerned about being a better me.  Am concerned about being more pleasing to the Lord.

Indeed this year shall certainly prove itself.  I have never felt so ready for the Rapture.  I actually believe that this year may indeed find us finally moving home!

That's all in the Lord's hands, just as is my heart!

Happy New Year brothers and sisters.  FYI.  Tom Hughes from the Hope for Our Times Youtube channel has a New Year's Eve year-end prophecy service streaming live right now.  I think this link will get you there.  Worship started about 10 minutes ago so the message has not yet begun.  Grace and peace to you as we enter into 2020.  Wondering if this will be our last New Year's Eve before we go home?  Maranatha!!!:prayer-hands:

Well I just viewed an interesting youtube from Deborah “Speaking Truth in Love” the name of her 7 minute youtube is “Rescue, Deliverance & a New Dawn”.  First time listening to her.  She had some encouraging info to share ... here it is:

She did some research on the #2020

In the Strongs Concordance
the #2020 in Hebrew is “hatstsalah” - means deliverance and rescue

The only time this Hebrew word is used is found in Esther 4:13-14

Then Mordecai commanded to answer Esther, Think not with thyself that thou shalt escape in the king's house, more than all the Jews.

For if thou altogether holdest thy peace at this time, then shall there enlargement and deliverance arise to the Jews from another place; but thou and thy father's house shall be destroyed: and who knoweth whether thou art come to the kingdom for such a time as this?

In other words ... Mordecai is instructing Esther she was born at such a time as this and she can’t stay silent.

Parallel is us being born in such a time in these end of days and we can’t stay silent either ... we must warn the lost that Jesus is coming and the tribulation is near.

In the Greek the #2020 is ”Epiphosko” means to let shine, to dawn, an near commencing

The reference this word is used is in Matt 28:6 means risen

In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre.

And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it.

His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow:

And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men.

And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye: for I know that ye seek Jesus, which was crucified.

He is not here: for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay.

Soon when the rapture happens ... there will also be a great earthquake and the graves will open and the dead in Christ saints will rise and we which are alive will be caught up with them together with the Lord.  The dawn is coming and the night is almost over for us.

Also 2020 means perfect vision ... right now
I Corinthians 13:12 “For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known.

but soon very soon when we get to heaven ... we will see clearly.

- Fair Use-

2020 sure sounds like a promising year! :popcorn  :popcorn :popcorn

Geri, thank you for sharing! It never ceases to amaze me how God opens a revelation to someone and when read it’s like that ah-ha moment or the “light bulb” moment. Just a blessing, delivering such hope for this new year! :prayer-hands:

Amen.  I also made a comment to my wife about us having perfect vision this year.

Perhaps that's because we shall SEE God, this year!
