📢 Forum Update - Hello everyone! I've made an improvement to the forum that should make following active discussions much easier. Beginning today, forum topics will display the most recent replies first (while keeping the original topic post at the top), so you no longer have to navigate through multiple pages to find the latest conversation. This change also helps improve the browsing experience in long-running discussions with many pages of replies. If you notice anything that doesn't seem to be working correctly or have any feedback, please let me know. — Richard G. I'm copying a link here for a Moon calendar site. I've used this for years to pinpoint dates for the new moon. You can set the date to year 1. It's very useful because it is not dependent on man made calendars. http://www.paulcarlisle.net/mooncalendar/ Based on the calendar we are 33 days from Tishri 1. Remember that the first month of the Hebrew year includes a saying that "no man knows the day or the hour". It depends on two witnesses seeing the new moon.
