"Ye shall not see me, until the time come when ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord." Let me give an example to illustrate my thought better. Imagine a father has to travel for a long journey, and the children ask him when shall he come back. The father answered by saying you shall not see me until you say Merry Christmas. It means he shall come back by Christmas. Same scenario we can apply to Jesus' sentence. The Jews sing the Hallel Psalm 118 "Blessed is he that comes in the name of the Lord" after they finish the Passover seder. Jesus uses that phrase, to indicate that he shall come back right after Passover.
