No worries … good to know!

Despite my chocolate addition … I’m getting my daily L-Lysine quota with

High lysine foods include:  lean beef, chicken, pork, fish, shellfish, tofu, cheese, milk, beans, spinach, lentils, peas, papaya, mango, apricot, apple, pear, fig, avocados …

But I will cut back on the chocolate and O.J. … I need the potassium though … might have to eat bananas again.

I can't stand bananas, sadly. More avocados for me, I guess.

Mmmm...chocolate covered avocado.

That's what my doctor said ~ a banana a day takes care of the daily potassium need.

Oh this is good to know,  Thanks, Kolleen!

My problem is I can only eat a banana that has just turned from green to yellow.  It can’t have any spots on it.  So I end up throwing many away because they ripen so quickly.  🙁
