In the arms of His Savior, Jack VanImpe is at rest

Please Lord comfort his wife Rexella and help her through all the coming days, in Jesus name

His ardor and passion for Christ was an inspiration!  Blessings to Rexella and his family!

They did seem to support each other well in ministry and their love for one another was obvious.

Wow, 70 years in the ministry!  Heaven just got even sweeter and here on earth, a little darker.  He will be missed.  I used to faithfully watch their program each week when I had tv service.  Prayers going up for Rexella.  Hopefully the separation won’t be too much longer and we all will be called home soon!

The first commentaries / books I got and read on Eschatology and the Rapture were Jack's books on Daniel, Revelation, and "The Great Escape" that was back in the mid - late 90's

Every once in a while they would send me a good book for free in the mail.

I even got a letter once from Rexella asking me to sign a card and write a personal note for Jack to read for like Jack's 75th birthday or something.

Anyway I was just thinking about Jack the other day and wondering if he would still be alive down here for the Rapture because I was thinking about a few other people who preached about the Rapture for decades and didn't stay alive down here to see it.

Maybe this is a sign that the Rapture is soon as in this year !

I used to watch him regularly.  The chief reason I stopped was that the channel lineup changed.  What a faithful servant of God he was.  I once had an LP he had recorded on prophecy back in the 70s.

I watched his show from the 80's into the 90's when I could find it. He was truly an inspiration.

Though many of God's dear saints have already been called home, let us glory in the fact that they shall be raised first!  Nothing wrong with being at the front of the line!

Another faithful servant of God now in unfathomable bliss.

I look forward to meeting him soon. Smile

I'd bet there are hundreds of millions of [younger?] people who don't know what an LP is, David.  They were really groovy.
