To the best of my knowledge (I get a lot of info on various things going on in the medical community, not everything mind you, but a lot across the country), there have not been any surgeons involved currently with head decapitations.
Remember, they are going to use this method during the 7 year tribulation. Scripture specifies saints. They don’t need a surgeon to decapitate an individual they don’t intend to live. Any human can operate the guillotines that are popping up around major cities, you don’t need a license to register them or work them. B-)
