Geri, I thought you preferred coffee to tea B-) Yohanan, You have my full permission to never like a single one of my posts. Freedom is a wonderful thing! Joan ? Nope... my unwavering aversion to the roasted coffee bean into liquid remains the same :negative: but this here drink is simply marvelous and with a little lemon and honey the cup becomes divine ... especially with a few gingerbread cookies on the side. You certainly can’t put those ingredients in a cup of coffee  Well, you can ... but the drink wouldn’t be edible. B-) Thank you, Joan, but I DO like your posts! I think I'll take a chance on overlooking that little "like" button. It's better to be in for it for missing it than to not use it at all. The thing is is that if you've never dipped a gingerbread cookie into a lovely cup of coffee then you do not know what you're missing! mmmmmmmm
