Israel launched retalitory strikes against the Iranian regime on Friday night. Explosions were reported near the capital Tehran. Israel had no problem penetrating the Iranian airspace. There are reports that Israel is targeting the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). An explosion was reported at an IRGC missile factory south of Tehran. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) conducted a second wave of airstrikes against Iran early Saturday morning, as hits were reported across the entire breadth of the country. As Breitbart News reported, the IDF announced earlier that it had begun attacks on Iranian military targets in response to Iran’s ballistic missile attacks and other attacks. Explosions were initially reported near the Iranian capital city of Tehran. Iranian official sources reportedly denied that Israel had penetrated Iranian airspace, and claimed the explosions were the result of Iranian air defenses. According to Army Radio, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is personally overseeing the attack on Iran from the IDF’s underground headquarters, known as the “Kirya,” in Tel Aviv. It was not immediately clear what the targets of the attack were, but they were said to be military in nature. Iran would essentially be defenseless against Israel if the IDF were able to destroy its missile sites and air defenses. Israel reportedly informed the White House before beginning the attack. American responses thus far have been muted, but the U.S. has indicated that Israel is acting in legitimate self-defense against Iran and its terrorist proxies. [Amir Tsarfati's feed is back!] October 23: Unusual Warning to Israelis in Sri Lanka: ...While it hasn’t been officially confirmed, evidence suggests the involvement of Iran rather than a locally initiated group. A report in the British Times: Israel postponed its attack on Iran following last week's leak from the Pentagon of sensitive military documents. Sad news: October 26: The IDF released photos of Israel Air Force before launching the attack on Iran. Hamas’s slain leader and October 7 massacre mastermind Yahya Sinwar reportedly urged his negotiators to reject a hostage deal, pointing to the Biden-Harris administration’s increasing pressure on Israel over Gaza as strengthening his terror group’s position while undermining the Jewish state’s. In a pivotal moment during negotiations this year, Sinwar instructed his team to reject a hostage deal, believing that growing pressure from the Biden-Harris administration to reduce Gaza’s humanitarian crisis would work in Hamas’ favor, according to a recent Wall Street Journal report. As mediators worked to accelerate ceasefire negotiations, the Hamas head reportedly urged the organization’s political leaders based outside Gaza to resist making concessions, emphasizing that “high civilian casualties would create worldwide pressure on Israel,” according to the Journal. The report highlights a significant miscalculation in the Biden-Harris administration’s strategy: While pushing Israel to negotiate a hostage deal and simultaneously criticizing it over Gaza, the approach completely backfired. Sinwar interpreted the administration’s stance as a sign of weakness amid diminishing support for Israel, ultimately leading him to reject any compromise. By applying intense pressure on Israel for a deal, the administration thus empowered Hamas’s demands, derailing any chance for a workable agreement. Amir Tsarfati: An Israeli source to the Wall Street Journal: Iran had four S-300 air defense batteries, and they are the most advanced systems in Iran's air defense system. During the Israeli attack on Iran this weekend, all these systems were destroyed. US officials said the strike on Iran's ballistic missile industry had stripped Tehran of capabilities it would take years to restore. A full trailer truck hit a bus stop near Glilot base north of Tel Aviv. Israel did, in fact, hit Iran’s nuclear sites in Saturday’s attack — but will not admit it, nor will the United States, or Iran, or the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), because those sites were previously said to be “undeclared.” That’s the theory of journalist Caroline Glick, an expert on the Middle East who was also previously a negotiator for the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) in dealing with the Arab world. She noted that Israel hit Parchin, a secret Iranian military base that has long been a suspected site for Iran’s nuclear program. Media reports suggest that the target at Parchin was “a building that was part of Iran’s defunct nuclear weapons development program, and … facilities used to mix solid fuel for missiles.” But the program is likely not “defunct,” and Parchin was also allegedly an “undeclared” nuclear site, meaning that the IAEA was not monitoring it closely. It is possible, Glick said, that Israel’s other targets on Saturday in Iran were similarly “undeclared” nuclear sites. The Biden-Harris administration could not object publicly, Glick argued because then it would have to admit the existence of “undeclared” nuclear sites in Iran that it had been prepared to overlook. Likewise with the IAEA, which would have had to admit its own failure. Glick noted that under President Barack Obama’s nuclear deal, the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), Iran could hide its nuclear sites from inspectors by declaring them to be “military sites,” as it did with Parchin. Israel, she said, had put the Biden-Harris administration in a bind: “They already said that they oppose Israel attacking nuclear sites … but if it’s undeclared then they have a problem attacking Israel” for attacking them. First, they leaked top-secret intelligence to interfere with the Jewish State's execution of an attack on Iran. Bad enough. Saturday morning, the Biden team risked the lives of our pilots by revealing our targets mid-operation! It was reported that we gave the Biden team a heads-up six hours before the attack on Iran. As soon as we started, Biden's people began calling reporters. An American official with knowledge of Israel's plans told The Washington Post - while much of the operation was still underway - that missile manufacturing facilities were the targets. Biden's team couldn't wait for our pilots to return safely? We simply can't afford to give the Biden team another heads-up. Yes, it's depressing that this is our relationship with the Biden team. But we have to play the cards we have. ...by ordering Hezbollah to try to assassinate Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu recently – sending suicide drones to attack Netanyahu’s home in Caesarea – the Iranian regime has opened the door for Israel to launch a decapitation strike to kill Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei and his top deputies. “What I think is important now is to understand that this is – this basically sets the stage” for much larger attacks. “I’ve been saying for many weeks that Israel needs to do a strategic change, that it needs to start attacking and undermining and weakening the Iranian regime,” Conricus said. Both U.S. President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris have made it clear they are strongly opposed to Israel decapitating the Iranian regime, much less attacking and destroying Iran’s nuclear facilities and oil refineries. By contrast, former President Donald Trump has made it clear he thinks Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu should attack Iran much harder than what Biden and Harris are allowing. That said, Conricus thinks Netanyahu and Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant made a shrewd play. “What Israel did on Saturday, I think, was setting the stage and preparing itself well for the future, which will come.” “There will be a second Israeli significant strike against Iran, and perhaps the third one. I can easily see it happen,” Conricus said.
