Since my inception in my mother's womb. I longed to be back with my creator God. Every day that passes, I long to be in the presence of the one who is forever the lover of my soul! He is the first and last! My first love and my last love, for all eternity. I hunger not for the glories of Heaven, but the glory of Him! The wearisome of age marks the time that has transpired, apart from Him! Tauntingly giving invitation for the enemies advances, I long to be delivered. But through it all, I am consoled! I am consoled by the knowledge that my beloved suffers the loss of being with me! I an consoled by the fact that He has already spoken for me, and made me His betrothed. I am consoled in the knowledge that soon time will stand still when He leaves Heaven to gather me into His arms! I am consoled, yes Jesus loves me, the bible tells me so. His heart and mine agree, it is worth the wait! Even so Lord Jesus come quickly, Your beloved longs for You! The beloved of the ages, the Church, awaits! TR I agree, Tender Reed! I do not long for Heaven. I long for Him! And if I am required to be here then I will seek Him daily and seek such closeness with Him as He will allow. SOS 2:16, ~ ~ “My beloved is mine, and I am His. . " . . . . Jesus moves us with deep assurance, filling us with hope and believing He awaits us, and we await Him ~~ deep assurance while here IS our heartbeat rapturous ~~ I'm still remembering the picture of two buzzards sitting on a branch and one says to the other. I'm tired of being patient, I wanna kill something! It's all about us having the same heart. No doubt He anxiously awaits to hear the Father say: it's time, go get your Bride, Son! I've always thought it was cool that though the Father was wed to Israel, He would give the Son time and space to secure himself a Bride! Sooo cool. :good: TR Who are they that fall short of the glory of God? ~~ seems 'all' means ' all' ~~ ~ ~ ~ ~ As Scripture says: "All fall short of the glory of God" . . ~~ Noticing Paul is speaking in present tense, he's not saying all HAVE fallen short of the glory of God. ~ ~ Sensing the nudging of the Spirit . ~ ~ . . You shall not miss My call for rapture, My atoning Blood shed for you is enough in this hour of Grace to keep you, for I have called you My own. My cherished Son came, died, and sits with Me @ My Right Hand as your RISEN LORD, My Son's death and resurrection is your covering, He bore your sins and this brings great honor to Me. All fall short of the glory of God, My Son satisfies Me in Whom I well pleased and He alone Supremely satisfies My standard of Holiness. You, beloved church are IN CHRIST~~ I speak not here for any who practice in sin, for these have trampled My Blood, and mocked My Name . . these are not Mine. My dear children saved in Christ Jesus, Rest, trust Me, all fall short of the glory of God, hence, His shed blood saves you, . . . You who desire not to sin, you who are faithful (and, My Son on earth marveled at true faith) are saved. , Repentance during My hour of wrath and judgments will come to many of the lost, but without the Spirit abiding as Comforter, for My church has already been seized above. To be saved after the rapture during my judgments upon 'those' who dwell on the earth will not be easy. Beloved TRUE church, I sent the Comforter, He is Your Peace, for He is The Holy Spirit indwelling you, I see My worthiness, My Righteousness in you that makes you worthy". So true Donna! The Comforter also consoles us with His presence. :yes: TR
