It has been written, How do I love thee...let me count the ways! If we could number the ways we love the Lord and why, it might be easier to try and count snowflakes falling from the heavens! How might you articulate or describe your love of Him?! TR TR, what a clever idea. The love I have for Christ (God Incarnate), fills me with such tears of gratitude that if possible I would fill all the creeks, streams, and rivers that flow into the ocean and circle the heavenly bodies without end. I cannot even imagine my life without the Lord, for me there would be no life, as existence without the Love of the Lord and my love for my Savior is no existence at all. Just imagine being in the Holy presence of pure love poured out, such awe, peace and contentment. Oh boy, my heart is very full, :thankyou :prayer-hands: When I walk in my garden and pick a flower ... I first admire the beautiful colors and enjoy the fragrance. Then as I start plucking the petals off one by one I say “Jesus loves me”, there is never a “He loves me not”. Ephesians 2:4-5 But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us, Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, by grace ye are saved; Galatians 2:20 I love Him with the love of a man rescued from a burning building. I love Him as one who deserved the wrath of God and was given a pardon marked, "Paid in Full." I have written poems, psalms, and colorful speech filled with imagery. But of the myriad of ways and reasons that I love the Lord, I can only sum up like this: I love Him mostly because, He knows who I really am and still loves me! TR
