On Monday, the United Temple Movements organized a full-dress reenactment of the Passover sacrifice in preparation for the reinstitution of the Temple service.:

Kohanim carried out the reenactment, Jewish men who can trace their ancestry back to Aaron the High Priest, wearing the vestments mandated by the Torah. Rabbi Baruch Kahane acted in the place of the Kohen Gadol (High Preist) for the purposes of the reenactment. The ceremony was accompanied by blasts from silver trumpets specially prepared for use in the Third Temple. The event was open to the public and held adjacent to the Western Wall near the Dung Gate.

As specified in the Torah, a lamb was ritually slaughtered and roasted on a spit of pomegranate wood. The meat was distributed to the public, who observed the event.

Rabbi Shimshon Elboim, who organized the event, emphasized that all arrangements were coordinated with the municipal and government authorities.

There was, in fact, a general call among the Palestinians to prevent the Jewish ritual, along with claims that the reenactment of the Biblical ceremony was a covert effort to attack the Arabs on the Temple Mount.  Rabbi Hillel Weiss helped organize and officiate the reenactment. He emphasized that this claim was entirely false.

Even if the government allowed us to make the actual Passover sacrifice, one that would be valid in every respect, we could set up a temporary altar in less than one hour, make the Passover offering in every respect, and then remove the altar.  The only place Jews can perform the Temple service is on the Temple Mount.

No one of the bride of Christ nor in Israel should be surprised at what takes place about 72 hours from now. Warning signs are everywhere.

Hmmmm …. Is Sean referring to Plan B is a full-scale Israeli preemptive strike on Iran … or the rapture?  Or both? ??

The preemptive strike for sure, inadvertantly possibly the Rapture as well!

I'll take either one, if not both!

Eyes are on Jenin.

I had to look up what Jenin was?  Its a Palestinian city in the northern West Bank and its the center of the latest escalation in Israel …

The IDF is in the midst of a counter terrorism operation across the whole of Judea and Samaria.

Wednesday night and into early today 6 Arab terrorists were killed by the IDF in Jenin and near Ramallah. Sources say the whole area is set to explode. Various Islamic terror groups say they have coordinated and are prepared to respond in unison.

Temple Mount: Palestinians, police clash after Friday prayers:

Clashes broke out between Palestinian worshipers and Israeli security forces on the Temple Mount on Friday morning, as thousands ascended to the site for prayers.

According to the Red Crescent, 150 have been injured so far, as well as three Israel Police officers. According to Palestinian reports, police used tear gas, stun grenades, and rubber bullets to break up the crowd that continued to protest after prayers ended. Some Palestinians waved Hamas flags and threw stones and fireworks toward Jewish worshipers at the Western Wall.

According to the Red Crescent, 100 have been arrested so far after they barricaded themselves inside the al-Aqsa Mosque and were removed by police.  Hamas, PFLP, and PIJ condemned the assault on Palestinian worshipers and called on Palestinians everywhere to support their "defense" of al-Aqsa.

"Access to al-Aqsa is a religious Muslim right that keeps getting hampered by daily incursions by Israeli security forces. They prompt angry responses," Ra'am said.  "The only solution to these clashes is to restrict access to anyone who isn't Muslim to the Temple Mount."

One of the reasons given for calls to arms seen on social media in recent days is that Jewish worshipers will try to perform a ritual sacrifice on a lamb ahead of Passover.  Israeli officials have stressed that doing so is forbidden and a number of Jews who were planning to do so have been arrested.

Hoping this will develop or materialize into the weekend for our departure.

To me it would be a perfect scenario, when all eyes are on Israel.......

Indeed the church should be looking towards Israel always!

As the focus of the world is also shifting towards Israel, then the world will see the power, might and love of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob!

God is setting to affect the world in some big ways displaying His indisputable sovereignty!
