Last year for Passover, my family did a Seder at home.  It is a Christ-centered Seder and it was such an amazing blessing!  This year, I have 30 people coming to my house to do a Seder, and I'm so excited.

So I wanted to pass along the ceremony to any of you who may want to start a new tradition and do a Seder in your home.  I promise, you will be blessed!

Wow, that is so cool to re-enact the entire Seder meal and read the story of the Exodus!

I never had lamb. Does it taste anything like chicken, pork or beef? If so, I will be on the look out for a very small package.

During Passover and Easter ... I get out the 10 Commandments DVD (the old classic one with Charlton Heston starring in it) and I have a box of Matzos crackers handy. But I cheat a little ... I got to spread butter and sometimes add Raspberry Peach Champagne Jam on top. I don’t drink wine so its sparkling grape juice. I know its pitiful but that is the closest I get in doing a Seder.

Once upon a time back in the late 1970s, we were in a church that did a Seder meal.  There were about 100 people every year.

I don't drink wine either!  Lamb is good, but an acquired taste.  A cross between beef and pork, yet unique!

I have friends who are Messianic Jews and they do the Seder meal each year. I was blessed to participate a few years back and it was very interesting because they explained everything they did. There is just nothing like an on fire for Jesus Messianic Jew!

Being Jewish and under the law, Jews are sticklers for details and aherehence!

The church born of grace and led by the Spirit are'nt as much!

And that, TR, is the very reason it's a good thing I am a Christian. I could never measure up as a Jew. If it weren't for the Book of Grace (Romans) I would be so totally toast!
