Anytime a product says “sugar free” … it’s a given they added fake sweetener chemicals … Sugar Free Chewing gum, Crystal light, Sugar Free Yogurt, diet soda, diet candy just to name a few items. Some manufacturers replaced “Aspartame” with “Sucralose” but that is no bargain either … “According to some sources, there are reported dangerous side effects of sucralose, such as gastrointestinal problems, headaches, epilepsy, vision problems, blood sugar increases to form Type 2 Diabetes, weight gain and can cause cancer.” :wacko: Its best to just stick with cooking and baking with real sugar or honey.
