Yesterday I made a trip to the store and bought an extra 2 weeks of food - canned and ready to heat and eat. lol I just got back from the grocery store 20 minutes ago and got 2 big boxes of rice to go with the other 2 I got yesterday along with a few other things. Went to Publix yesterday to pick up a couple things. My cereal was $5.29 a box, up from $3.99. Ice cream / gallon was $5.49 and the best price I saw was off brand at 2 for $10. I passed on the ice cream out of principle. Things are just starting... Time to go.... I’m going to be heading on out to store soon … besides soup, rice, pasta, peanut butter and jelly, canned baked beans, canned vegetables, canned fruit (got plenty of these items) what other meal items should we be buying?
