It is true that this bio weapon is creating symptoms that are similar to a B1 deficiency and giving yourself increased B1 as directed will not hurt you, the same with Vit C in moderation will benefit you. The truth is don’t take the Vax unless you intentionally intend to have a biochemical weapon injected into your body, you will live or die with the outcome. Eating well and using supplements wisely as our food chain is very deprived of vital micro and macro nutrients is common sense, but so is exercise and most don’t really like to hear that :mdrmdr: The madness of this push should be disturbing to John Q Public; it is not nor has it ever been about protecting community.
