Propaganda continues!  Many have bought season tickets, some opt for local games while some reject playing the game!

Yet only watchers can connect the spiritual dots!

I feel so badly for the deaf student. A lot of people are suffering in different ways because of the mandates and I wonder if anyone with the power to change them cares.

As for the guy who fired the marines: although what he did is wrong, I can't stand it when people say:  morbidly obese..................

too many people when they get angry or disagree with someone, and that person happens to have a weight problem, they also have to hit on his weight problem too. I think that is pretty mean and cheap.

OK, speak up that what he did is wrong but back off about his weight. That is only his business and nobody else's business.

I agree, Heidi. His weight is irrelevant and he is hardly morbidity obese anyway.

Thank you Yohanan.

Feels good when other people feel the same about this issue.

I agree that people often use someone's weight as a way to insult someone. Even if it has nothing to do with a disagreement with someone. It's a societal double standard that needs to end, yeah.

I suppose in this case, the subject is combat readiness, though. If he is willing to fire someone for "not being combat ready" then as a leader, he needs to be combat ready. I could be wrong, of course, but he doesn't look likely to pass the physical test required for his underlings.

Sorry to have stirred up a hornets nest with that post … I never meant for it to be offensive with his weight … my focused was on the fact of his unfair actions of firing 45 trained and able marines and 2 navy people in ruining their lives and putting our country in harms way.

Mods, please delete that post.  Thank you.

Geri, you didn't do anything wrong. I needed to vent about the way people behave with someone who has a weight problem and I am happy to see people agreeing.
