A lot of New Yorkers are bugging out and living in Vermont. Many have vacation homes and are living here permanently now. I got 3 neighbors who wanted to escape the madness of Manhattan for the rural life to raise their kids. The real estate in Vermont is madness … the homes are jacked up so high and selling like hot cakes. My former neighbor just sold his home in July for $200,000 above the market value in … 1 day.
