While the world is busy scurrying around for discounts on things that will ultimately burn isn’t it wonderful to know that the saving grace of Jesus is still free! As we enter the Christmas season may we each and every one remember Who it is all about. Nothing can stand next to the love of our precious Savior!

Tis the season!  And we get a discount on God's wrath!!!  We have counted the cost of His salvation and our sins, yet we are completely cleansed and have the heart of God towards each of us!  TR

This is my favorite pic of all times … even though it makes me cry.

Toddler Jesus picking up the carpenter nail … the same kind that will later pierce Him and you see the Cross shadow behind Him.

Geri - I get that, great picture indeed — we tend to forget that our Lord had a childhood, had a first tooth, first steps, first words. He played with the village boys, went to Torah school, worked beside Joseph learning a trade, saw his friends and half siblings get married and have children. Yet His job was bigger than this world could hold. So very Thankful that He followed the Father’s plan to redeem us.. :prayer-hands:

Just wanted to let everybody know, although I can't find a video that contains this (I guess it got cut), I was watching "The Five" on Fox TV live when they did their tree-lighting celebration.  And two of the Fox television personalities who were there at the time explained that they are thankful for Jesus' coming and securing our salvation by his death on the cross.

"The meaning for the season is the birth of Jesus," Lauren Green said.  If she was one of them, she expanded on that sentence.

I think the other may have been Sean Hannity, since I found an article that says he is a strong Christian.

So cool!  Looks like a beautiful ceremony of the Christmas Tree lighting.

Yes, I read a few months ago Sean Hannity is now Born Again.  He is no longer Catholic and divorced his wife and is now dating Ainsley Earhardt, a Fox and Friends co-host.  She is also a believer and was in a troubled marriage as well.
