To begin my thought, let's study Daniel 9:24 again.

Daniel 9:24 Seventy weeks are determined upon thy people and upon thy holy city, to finish the transgression, and to make an end of sins, and to make reconciliation for iniquity, and to bring in everlasting righteousness, and to seal up the vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most Holy.

Daniel was clearly told 70 weeks are determined upon his people, not 70.1, 70.05, or 70.01 weeks. At the end of these seventy weeks, six objectives shall be accomplished.

1/ To finish the transgression

2/  To make an end of sins

3/  To make reconciliation for iniquity

4/ To bring in everlasting righteousness

5/ To seal up the vision and prophecy

6/ To anoint the most Holy

Sixty nine weeks have been fulfilled. That leaves one week to be fulfilled. One week is 7 biblical years which is 2520 days long. When we base on scripture, it clearly indicates that there is no extra days added to the last week. So far I abide to one week being 2520 days with no extra days added. 1290 and 1335 days are both inclusive and part of 2520 days.

Any thought are welcome.

Yeah, TR. The last objective "To anoint the most holy" appears at the end of seventy weeks. Take my 1335 days timeline for example. It ends on Shavuot 2026. Out of  three major Jewish feasts, Shavuot is the best and most desirable Jewish feast to anoint the most holy.

God doesn't lie and He doesn't kid around! His exacting nature would prevent last minute updates!

I disagree.  The final weeks of years is broken up into two equal time frames of 1260 days each which is also described as 3 1/2 years.  The extra 75 days prophesied in Daniel 12 comes AFTER the 2nd coming of Christ with us.(see Rev 19:11-21)  It just so happens that it is 75 days between Yom Kippur/Day of Atonement until Hanukkah.  Hanukkah is when Jesus declared Himself to be the Light of the World as recorded in John 8 and is also when the Temple is cleansed after being desecrated.  It also could be the time when Jesus is crowned King of Kings and starts His millennial rule in the millennial Temple, thus it truly will be a BLESSED day for all of us just as described by Daniel.

So, to be clear with the possible timeline of the end of the final years before the reign of Christ is established.   The final 7 years of 2520 days is after the Rapture of the Bride of Christ and end of the age of Grace and starts  the the final time of God dealing with Israel under the Law of Moses and all covenants made with Abraham, Issac, Jacob and David.  The end of which could be the Day of Atonement when Christ returns to earth and destroys the AC and FP and their armies.  After that the Earth will have to be refurbished in order for any life to continue (no water or food and no structures left standing...see bowl judgements in Rev 15&16) and the Kingdom of God established and Christ anointed as King of the Earth.  It would seem the 75 days will be when all that is done by Jesus Christ.  Since He created the heavens and the Earth in the beginning by speaking it into existence, it should be no problem to re-establish it all again the same way.

The chief issue I have with "inclusive" counting is that you would have events happening 30 days before the mid-point of the seven years and 45 days before the midpoint, as well.  Then everything else is compressed into a single day at the end.  It makes more sense to me that there would be a time of mopping up the mess that takes 75 days after Christ returns.

The problem I have with extra days is Revelation 16:15.

Revelation 16:15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.

The background of Jesus giving forth this warning is at the time of seven vials being poured on the earth. It is also during the time the three unclean spirits coming out of the mouth of the dragon, the beast and the false prophet, to gather the kings of the earth to Armageddon. Simply put, the timing of Jesus' warning "I come as a thief" appears before the end of tribulation ( 2520 days ).

But if  Tom is correct, the tribulation is divided by two equal sets of 1260 days. If this is the case, then Christ's return is predictable and is known to the world, because it shall happen at the end of the second set which is 1260 days. But why would Christ forth warn his second coming is like a thief, which cannot be predicted and foreseeable?

The only answer is Christ's return doesn't go with our logical understanding of two equal sets of 1260 days, nor our understanding of 75 extra days.
