Anybody else besides me on top of everything else tired of having my senses accosted by sexual freaks and deviants  trying to make a statement with clothes, hair styles, hair color and piercings and mutilations of their bodies?!  Bad enough that many have no fashion sense to begin with and couldn't coordinate an outfit if their life depended on it!  Come on people, that's what fashion magazines are for!  Miss-matched wardrobes, no ability to apply make up!  No sense of complimentry color or pattern design!  Perhaps just a pet peeve!  And in an effort to hide their money and success, many entertainers appear on stage with filthy jeans and ragged t-shirts!  Really!  Yet political and religious status quo dominates the horizon!  Remember when style was in vogue?!  Articulated and learned dance moves!  Etiquette while eating!  TT

True on the fashion and attention need of society that is emulated in their appearance…. In heaven we will be changed .. our lowly bodies will be like his glorious body …. So no worries on fashion there,, and I am thankful for that simple glory that we will be adorned with. His majesty, His love, His righteousness for all eternity

TR, I am so tired of this world. I deal a lot with LGBTQ at work. I like some of them. They seem to be nice and  polite. I did not have any problems with them so far. I got a new client who is a man and identifies as a woman. It is so hard to see a man and address him as a woman. It is confusing and adds to the mental strain at work.

Another client wanted "gender affirming care", I had to Google it to make sure it means what I thought it meant and then I found stuff about hormone therapy, surgeries,.................had a hard time asking her: do you mean you want to change to a man or just want a clinic where they are understanding of these things.

It's also tiring to keep track of all the stuff they keep coming up with : two spirited,.......................try to keep up with everything and always doing a Google search to try to figure out what a new term that you have not heard before means...........What now? What will they think of next?

I don't want to start a new thread. It's getting harder to put up with this world. I had to use my work cell to text people cause my regular phone is not working. I saw a message from a client telling me to stop getting into her email account. I texted back saying I am not doing that and to change her password.

This client is not good with computers and she needs help with her application for subsidized housing. A couple of times she gave me her password at work so I can check the status of her application.

Now all of a sudden I am getting texts messages to stop getting into her email account. When I told her I am not doing that. She said I have been going into her immigration and refugee account frequently. I called her. Nobody picked up. I could not help but sound angry. I told her I have not been getting into her account and not to accuse me of stuff. I told her I will be calling her in the morning to discuss this.

I only checked her housing application with her request, I never went to any citizenship and immigration website.

I don't like being accused with stuff that is unethical.

I will try to keep calm tomorrow, insist that she finds someone else to help her manage her account and change her password. I am going to talk to my manager.

People are getting weirder, angrier,......................I can't put up with anyone anymore.

Is there another division within the company you could transfer in to Heidi? Just wondering if there might be any other open doors anywhere to where you could find peace. It is a stress filled world anymore so, maybe there is something else either there or elsewhere with less stress?

Kolleen, I keep wanting to leave this job. Frankly, too many triggers for me when I hear people's problems and the way some of them talk. I also had another client get nasty with me a few days ago.

Years ago, I had the manager from hell. she was in prison when she was in her country and they tormented her mentally. she was doing the same to me. it was mental anguish for me every day at work.

I am scared to go to another job and find that I have nasty colleagues or manager,............

My colleagues at this job are very supportive. My manager is very supportive. It is so hard to leave them, but I am really struggling.

You mentioned a different job in the same organization, I will keep checking their website and see if something else comes up.

Its everywhere Heidi.  I work for a $7B manufacturing company (one that Kolleen knows) and I was up for promotion this year but had to allow HR to post the job to see if someone who "checks one of the other boxes" would apply so they could offer the job to them.    When I had to apply for my own job I almost checked the non-binary box just out of spite.  Its all about diversity and inclusion - but to the point of where the 97% are being discriminated against to appease the 3%.    When I watch the news (which is rarely) I'm appalled by scenes that seem to be reflections of Sodom and Gomorrah.    This world is going to h.e. double hockey sticks in a hand basket at the speed of light.    Lord get us out of here.

LOL! You should have checked the non-binary box, Todd!

Diversity and inclusion will bring this country down to her knees. Those who impose these things do not seem to understand that the way to have people become inclusive is by educating them, not by giving handouts. If they choose to not be educated then they should not be rewarded with better jobs just because they check all the wrong boxes. Rewarding a minority group with a high level job to ease the sins of the past does not better that person. It actually is harmful to them in that they cannot execute the job they have been given to do. Just look at Lori Lightfoot. I believe it was Jordan Peterson who pointed out that having a 50/50 ratio of men and women in an engineering firm brings the level of quality work down because that firm did not hire the best engineers. They only hired to meet the quota. This is not because men are inherently smarter than women, it is because the ratio of men to women at engineering schools is something like 90/10 (my numbers may be off but it's in the ball park). Unless those women hired are at equal footing with the top men then it is counterproductive. This simply breed mediocrity. I am one who has always believed in equal pay for the job regardless of sex, creed, religion, etc., but I also believe the best credentialed individual's should get that job, not the ones who meet the requirements of those who live in a fantasy world. The problem with the liberal mind is that it does not live in reality.

Again when I see men with full beards wearing dresses and women dressing and acting like men, I want to vomit!  But these sexual sins and blurring of Godly roles only highlights how depraved and off mark we are!  TR

I am sorry, Todd. People who are qualified for the job should get it.

OK, I have to Google Non-binary now, forgot what that means.
