I lived on the prairies for almost 25 years and love steak. Alberta beef is excellent. I used to BBQ outside when it was -40 F. A truly year round activity. 😛 I have had "beyond beef" once and have eaten tofurkey before but now that I know that Wilma Gates is pushing it and has a big steak....err stake in it, I won't touch the stuff.
