Yeah ... I was just reading about the electric cars ... they aren’t cheap and you’re constantly recharging the battery daily. And if you don’t use the car for a couple of days ... it will lose its charge. And the fact you mentioned you can’t drive very far with it ... sounds more like a luxury golf cart. My dad had a hybrid pick-up truck when they first came out and we didn’t like it. As we traveled down to Myrtle Beach we were stuck in traffic jams ... Washington DC had the worse pile up with the commuters and while idling that’s when the electricity kicked in but there was a serious flaw because it would completely shut off the AC unit. :wacko: Plus when you turned off the engine it wouldn’t save the settings for the AC to kick in when you started the engine again. Always constantly pressing a button. He also didn’t see that big of a savings on gas either so he only kept it for 2 yrs and traded it in for regular all gas pick-up.
