They are telling us that since Nov. 4th there have been 100k+ new cases of you know what every single day here in America. https://covidtracking.com/data/charts/us-daily-positive And in just the past 24 hours they are saying 186,249 new confirmed cases here in America. https://www.bing.com/search?q=covid+deaths&src ="IE-SearchBox&FORM=IESR4S&pc=EUPP_" I have to wonder if a total and complete lockdown is about to happen. And how long will it last ? And I just came across this. Trump says 20 million Americans will get a Covid vaccine before this year ends. Elon Musk tests positive twice and negative twice in one day. The tests are obviously a joke. Will be buried by the media, of course. :negative: Tesla founder Elon Musk says he has tested positive for the novel coronavirus while also testing negative, offering a skeptical view of the validity of the procedures. In a series of tweets early Friday, Musk said he had conflicting results from rapid “antigen” tests for Covid-19 after he had “mild sniffles & cough & slight fever” in recent days. “Something extremely bogus is going on. Was tested for covid four times today,” he wrote. “Two tests came back negative, two came back positive. Same machine, same test, same nurse.” Musk, who earlier this year dismissed concerns about the pandemic and fought lockdown orders in California, said he planned to take the more accurate PCR test which must be sent to a lab for analysis. The rapid antigen tests have gained ground in recent weeks in view of backlogs at laboratories, but they are less sensitive to small amounts of virus and more likely to deliver a false negative. In March, Musk appeared to dismiss concerns about the pandemic, saying that “my guess is that the panic will cause more harm than the virus.” Two months later he defied lockdown orders in California to reopen the Tesla assembly plant, daring authorities to arrest him. https://www.rawstory.com/2020/11/teslas-elon-musk-tests-positive-and-negative-for/ Oh no, say it ain't so ... :calvin the coffee bean judgement is underway but not the leaves to make the tea 😉 still safe as can be ... hee hee hee  AccuWeather.com Published Nov. 13, 2020 3:17 pm Now the region is facing another tropical threat as Iota is tracking toward across the Caribbean Sea and is forecast to be a hurricane before it hits Central America almost directly where Eta made landfall. The back-to-back hurricanes will take an economic toll on a valuable crop: coffee. Honduras is the biggest grower of coffee in the region, followed by Nicaragua and Guatemala. Combined, these three countries account for around 8% of the world’s coffee output. In Honduras alone, coffee is a $1 billion industry that generates 1 million jobs and accounts for 30% of the country’s Gross Domestic Agricultural Product, according to the Honduran Coffee Institute, a leading trade group in the country's coffee industry. AccuWeather estimates that during Eta, there was a 10% loss of Central American coffee, mainly because of roads being washed out and coffee not making it to the market, AccuWeather Senior Meteorologist Dave Samuhel, who works on the company's commodities forecasting team, said. This could be compounded by the strike predicted early next week from Iota. AccuWeather estimates that additional impacts from Iota could be as much as another 10% to perhaps 25% loss as the region could be more susceptible to damage in the wake of Eta, Samuhel said. Even if the coffee plants are unharmed after both storms, the significant rain could cause the coffee to mature too quickly and affect its quality, said Lila Sevilla, president of the National Alliance of Nicaraguan Coffee Producers told The Associated Press. The damage to the roads across the countries could also slow the harvest of the quickly ripening plants, The Associated Press reported. The loss of coffee crop in Honduras, Nicaragua and Guatemala could result in higher prices for wholesale coffee buyers but may not be enough to have a substantial impact on prices for everyday coffee drinkers. “Brazil is the number one coffee producer, accounting for 38% of the wold’s coffee,” Samuhel said. “Vietnam is second, providing 17% of the global supply.” - Fair Use - Talk about short tempers!
