Well it was so hot that the egg evaporated -- the whites turned into dust and the yoke was hard like a hockey puck. That is outside - the sensor is actually in the shade - but on the west side of our house. 124 degrees in Portland in June is just crazy. Well I just had to try it.... We were at the Oregon coast yesterday where it was over 100 - unheard of temperatures. Our hotel didn't have air conditioning as rarely is the Orego... This was yesterday afternoon and we're supposed to smash through those temps by 5-8 degrees today. Portland Oregon just doesn't get this hot especial...
