TR, I can make a great Lumpia (Not egg roll) for you too! One of my favorites, had that at my wedding, kind of an international thing, cause of the way I was raised, been way to many places and have friends, relatives from lots of countries! The Philippines also does the boiled fish heads, but that’s a no in my book. I can make lumpia and pancit as traditional dishes from the Philippines. I like it all! So I’ll be all over the place! You are expected and a chair is waiting for you! What would your favorite food be to add to the mix?
