TR, I can make a great Lumpia (Not egg roll) for you too! One of my favorites, had that at my wedding, kind of an international thing, cause of the way I was raised, been way to many places and have friends, relatives from lots of countries! The Philippines also does the boiled fish heads, but that’s a no in my book. I can make lumpia and pancit as traditional dishes from the Philippines. I like it all! So I’ll be all over the place! You are expected and a chair is waiting for you! What would your favorite food be to add to the mix? Someone onetime wondered if I was picky. I said no, I like it all. That’s the problem. I really enjoy dishes with pasta and noodles. Pies: peach, cherry, rhubarb, chocolate. Surf and turf. And PIZZA! And those are just the samplers! TR What will I be doing? Playing with the dog. She loves to play fetch. Maybe riding my bicycle. A big possibility is that I will be studying prophecy.
