Yes, Buffett table is the way to go!  Now that we got the main course agreed upon ... what about the veggies ...

Warning heads up ... the smell of steam broccoli and cabbage will make me barf.   So can we waive those items from the table too? 😉

Your goofy, but cute!

One question?  What's a veggie?!

In Europe they serve salad last because they believe it clears the palette. Mostly to enjoy the dessert! That was what I was instructed on during my various travel to them foreign lands ... always had salad last, all over Europe, Russia, Austria, and Netherlands. Not sure about China, Australia, Ireland (next trip), or Middle East, haven’t been there!

Yep, I agree!  Especially if your salad dressing is balsamic vinegar and olive oil.  It prepares the stomach for sumptuous desserts!

Veggies are side dishes of various vegetables.

Here’s a half way deal  ... if the broccoli is raw and the cabbage is prepared like  coleslaw I can tolerate it.  Hey, I can even eat coleslaw but not steamed cabbage.

Steamed cabbage is definitely off! I love cabbage but only as a slaw or mashed or rice! Steamed, never! Now steamed Broccoli and cheese I can do, but I do prefer my broccoli raw in a salad or just to eat, like a veggie tray! Have you ever had Borscht soup? I actually learned to make it when in a Belarus and I make a great Borscht with beef and sour cream added —- yummy! :good: :bye:

Nope, I don’t do boiled fish, that’s a yuk in my book! Fried or baked only on the fish!  🙁
