I oiled the hinges on my "rapture hatch" yesterday - I'm ready.

Todd, I meant to order that hatch from you, oh well no time now, straight thru the solar panels I’ll fly .... guess that means we get the glorified body at the twinkle of an eye for sure :mdrmdr:

:mdrmdr:  with oiling the hinges on the rapture roof hatch

Soon very soon we are going to fly and walk thru walls and ceilings.  No need to ring door bells and wait for the person you’re visiting to answer the door.  Just fly right in. B-)

I was thinking when the rapture happens if the unsaved will see something … like flashing bolts of lightening and perhaps hearing thunder?  Or will they hear the trumpet blast too?

I know these verses pertain to the 2nd coming …

Revelation 1:7

Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

Matt 24:27

For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

I’m also thinking about the Tree of Life … why was that tree in the Garden of Eden since the Lord knew Adam and Eve were going to sin?  Chances are they never ate from that tree since there were other fruit trees but what if they did eat from it before they sinned?  Would they have been left in a sinful condition for eternity?

Genesis 3:24

So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

Also I’m wondering why the millennium people (still in a sinful body) will be permitted to the Tree of Life leaves (tea)

Revelation 22:2

In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

So … is it special fruit only designed for the glorified bodies but the leaves for anybody else?

Interesting questions to ponder!  Indeed trees featured prominently, first in the Garden, then at Calvary, and then in the Millenial Reign! All dealing with sin and death and the flesh!

Will those with glorified bodies need healing?!

Again, I have always leaned to thinking, those not being Raptured will not hear a thing!
