Patricia, I sometimes think that post trib and mid trib promoters have this thing that Christian believers-the church, have to be somehow purged of its blemishes before they are ready for Heaven, so they say we must also suffer through the tribulation as recompense for our sins.  This is the same legalistic false teaching that the church in Paul's time (Galatians) had to deal with and has followed throughout church history.  And this is, that legalists say, "that Christ cross alone was just not enough to save us; that we also have to follow through with our part with good works to be saved."

Yes, I was speaking of Dottie Rambo.  I also sometimes saw her on other programs on Christian networks.

Unfortunately, Pat Robertson is post-trib.  He believes that we will be raptured after the tribulation, and then immediately make a U-turn and return to earth again.  I wonder what the point of that would be?

Anyway, he is reaching souls for the Kingdom.

Hi Patricia,  I take it you are talking about Dottie Rambo. There is a YouTube video where she told how she was inspired to write We Shall Behold Him.  You mention the 700 Club.  Pat Robertson, as far as I know, has always been post trib.  I wonder if she sang this song on his show and how he reacted to it.

Life isn't always easy even for Dottie and for all believers:  but we have the Holy Spirit and we are overcomers.

Ron Kenoly also did a very good concert version of We Shall Behold Him. It's also on YouTube.

I used to see her on the 700 Club.  She had a lot of physical issues/back problems and I believe her husband left her.

I always felt led to pray for her.  She passed away in 2008.
