Kolleen, these days we only have a few people at the office every week and we leave together at 5 pm. Usually if someone does overtime, they can leave early another day.

Heidi, sometimes, we can do everything right and bad things still happen. How were you to know that these threats would come when he was not helped per his expectations? In the hospital world, threats and violence are up probably greater than 100% (best guess) and I have constantly encouraged staff to file charges and they are 100% backed by upper administration in doing these. We have had a cargo ship load of meetings with police, sheriff department, city officials, all the way to the state level on the increased violence and threats against healthcare workers — this is permeated many venues of our society — and will continue as the evil grows per God allowance.

You did your job as required, you can not foresee the outcome of an individual who feels their expectations are not met. Did you know this individuals expectations? Could the company have met them? That is the question your administration needs to be asking, yet instead it is easier to shuffle under the rug and place blame, this is how we allow evil to grow and go unchecked.

I am sorry for your trouble, take heart, we are soon to leave and go to a home that is devoid of evil, where righteousness dwells! In the waiting we will be constantly dealing with the plague and blindness that is on the earth. “Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him from them all” .. that deliverance may not come 100% until we are home! :prayer-hands:

Thank you very much, Tammie.

I spoke to my colleague who was threatened last week, she doesn't think I did anything wrong.

She told me how that guy seemed to have gotten info about her from social media and did know her address. She is now deleting stuff from online. It's scary the info that people can get about us.

She told me to be careful and watch out for myself too.

btw, Tammie, I love my Alexa Pure. the water tastes very good. However, the pitcher got cracked and water is spilling. I called them. there is nothing they can do about it. They are expecting me to buy another. I will have to call again and talk to a manager.

I am sorry to hear about that Heidi. We had bought the bigger stainless steel one and have only had to replace the filters after three years of continued use. I was not familiar with the pitchers they offer. I wonder did you tell them the date you bought it and how as satisfied you are with the filtration of the water, how disappointed you are in the product holder and how this is very poor consumer service for not backing their product, it might be worth the try ….. just a thought!

The water does taste amazing and I actually do not drink it cold, it works awesome for our coffee, tea, or fruit infused waters, every once in a while I will add a few drops of lemon or rose water for a different flavor or just plain….. I personally find it much more refreshing than soda, although I will have a soda occasionally.

Thank you Tammie.

I told them when I bought it. They asked me if I dropped it. I said I didn't.

Do you have the one that connects to the faucet or under the sink?
