How about long matches, long reach click lighters, candles, extra batteries for the flashlights. I will be concentrating on getting those this weekend. Can never have enough. I suppose though when one considers Revelation, Daniel, Romans Chapter One, and Thessalonians, it shouldn’t come as a surprise. It is unbelievable regarding Harris, snaking her way up the pole! She is evil to the core :calvin Nope Geri, never enough and you can always use them .... mini solar charger for iPad / phone to keep in touch with your family here! :good:  Don’t forget the first aide stuff and meds if needed. Pets included! Always good to have a tool kit ready to go too. My emergent survival bug out bag is a 40 pounder, but I could live 2 weeks in the wild if need be (hope to never use it, but it’s way cool). You don’t have much time (I’ve been at it for 5 years), but you can google survival buckets and get an idea of significant supplies to have on hand (light & warm bucket, tool bucket, first aid bucket, etc .....) Whatever works for you! Like I said, we should be gone, but be wise, pray and prepare. Lookin good in the neighborhood family! :calvin :yahoo: :prayer-hands: Are any of you members of the prep site Timebomb2000? My Dad was a scout, I was a scout, my kids are scouts. In Dec 1999 I was prepared to go back and live in the 1800's. LOL Since we retired, I have short term preps, about a month. Last count we had over 40 Bibles and I carry my "Left Behind" letter in my purse, with more in the car and house. Tammie, YES I could sure use that “mini solar charger”! Also a couple of solar lanterns. Thanks for the ideas I will check them out! :good: Lately I’ve been thinking of all those doomsday episodes back in 2011 - 2014 ... some people were wise and practical preppers and then you had “the others” from a different zip code who were just comical and over the top weird. It made for a good laugh though.
