Given that the Rapture happens before the 2020 election, or that the 2020 elections leave the political parties with the same control and then the Rapture happens. Also, assume that Trump really is a baby Christian as numerous people close to him have reported, look who ends up the POTUS:

Present line of succession
No. Office Current officer
1 Vice President Mike Pence (R)
2 Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi (D)
3 President Pro Tempore of the Senate Chuck Grassley (R)
4 Secretary of State Mike Pompeo (R)
(I think the "R" after the names can stand for "R"aptured :good: )

Can you imagine what Pelosi would do with all that power? She would immediately subpoena all of Trump's vanished staff
to testify in Trump's dereliction of duty, going AWOL, collusion with God in leaving the country and economy in shambles and confusion, and misappropriating airspace for personal use along with millions of his brothers and sisters.

Indeed after the people of God and the Holy Spirit are removed there will be a huge void and much confusion in all the nations.

That vacuum will either be filled with God, or Satan!  One or the either will be worshipped!

Perhaps that is when  prayers of intercession will be most effective, even the ones we pray today!

And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.  Revelation 13:6

I think this verse is intriguing, especially the last part.  It would seem that one of his targets for ridicule and lying will be those who have been caught away to heaven.  Instead of taking the attitude of "good, they're gone!" this man will persist in speaking of those who are no longer present in the most vile manner.  Perhaps the saints will be accused of crimes and heinous activities in their absence.  Somehow, I don't think angelic beings are the primary subjects of his public smears.

Indeed he will be the accuser of the saints with his last breath!  He will no doubt curse God and us throughout eternity!  But you know what they say about sticks and stones.

The Rapture will be our ultimate reprieve.  But who then will we blame after he is locked away forever?  Sorry, old school thinking.   My bad!
