Brothers and Sisters,

I thought to discuss yet another topic that is near and dear to our prophetic hearts. We all understand that the building of the third temple will take place after we are raptured and be in service for the desolation of abominations by the 3-1/2 year mark of the tribulation. I have been a follower of the news from the Temple Institute, who now have actual architectural plans for the temple ready to go, they have secured two red heifers that are now 1 year old, approximately (must be at least 2 years old to burn for their ashes to cleanse the people of Israel). They are not saying if they have more in case these two don’t make it and the place of their keeping is highly secretive but they are in Israel as they must be born in Israel and never be yoked. The Sanhedrin (considered the legal arm of Israel) began final preparations for building the temple in January 2019 (it is stated they have everything and could build the temple within a very short time with modern equipment - possible in one month per some articles), they have constructed an alter and offered training sacrifices on it, this year. The Temple Institute states they have all the temple furniture, instruments, and priestly garments ready to go. They began training priests about two years ago. The shekel has been reinstituted.

During the recent elections, the Zehut party stated as a campaign promise, they would build the temple immediately if elected, they are growing in strength. Although they were defeated by a narrow margin.

I have attached one fun article, but there are so many more to dive into from various sources.

So for the fun of our dialogues that is always so appreciated and stimulating, what say you? Will the newly instituted Sanhedrin force the beginning of the temple? Peace and security must be in place for this to begin? Can we agree how the deal of the century fits to make this happen? :feedback

Woohoo!  Its all coming together and I think  they will get the A-OK  approval next month when the economic peace deal side is agreed upon on June 25th - 26th.

And this past April 4th  ...

In the Times of Israel newspaper from Zehut Chairman, Moshe Feiglin ….
“I don’t want to build a (3rd) Temple in 2 years, but now”!

FYI - Geri, that is the alter that was built and they have sacrificed on it in the background of the article picture. So cool, watching God’s perfect plan come together :popcorn

Interesting enough, there is a misconception regarding the red heifer. It’s not intended to purify the temple, but to offer Mitzvoth or forgiveness for the people of Israel. It includes cleansing of the priests, so that is the tie into the Temple. Great article on the little miss #1 or 2 or 3... they aren’t saying how many they have. I read another article last year about genetic modification too create a red heifer and the debate among Orthodox Jews regarding this for a cleansing. This will be the 10th red heifer from Moses’s first offering. Smile

Indeed all the preparations that could be made, have been. It is also true that many are calling for it's building ASAP!

The Palestinian state aside, I also remember that some prominent Muslims are also in agreement and seeing an advantage to it's building. This is also a prophetic measurement of import.

The politics of when this may occur leaves me exhausted. But I am soon revived and refreshed when I realize that the Church will probably be Raptured by then! This like the peace plan that will be ratified are important in marking just how much time humanity has left! This of course speaks to the nearness of our departure as well!

Seems to be logical though, that a peace plan must be in place first!

Also what I thought is interesting .... according to the “Temple Mount Institute” they mix the old ashes with the new ones.  I wonder if they will discover the old ashes in some container when they bring out the Ark of the Covenant, Mercy Seat, etc. ?  Also to speed things along ... perhaps they might just use the old ashes until the new heifer is ready to be sacrificed?

The Original Ashes of the Red Heifer

"Speak to the Children of Israel, and have them bring you a red heifer... "
These words teach us that God told Moses, "even if all the heifers throughout history are lost, that your will remain forever." For there is a tradition that all the heifers are sanctified through Moses' original heifer, and a portion of those ashes were put away for the future sanctification of Israel.

Why are the earlier ashes needed?

Earlier it was mentioned that in the days of the Holy Temple, the priest who was to burn a new heifer was sprinkled during his week of separation with ashes that had been made previously, back through the generations. This was done as one of the extra measures of purity associated with the ceremony of the red heifer, even though he was known to be clean, and there had been no opportunity for him to become otherwise while he was in the Temple.

Some opinions maintain that the newer ashes were always mixed together with a combination of the previous ashes. One way of understanding this, is to the view this mixture of old and new ashes as being yet another precautionary measure... actually, as a kind of insurance policy.

Dear sister Tammie,

“Do you see all these things?” he asked. “Truly I tell you, not one stone here will be left on another; every one will be thrown down.” -Matt 24:2

The temple has indeed been totally destroyed. Never to be rebuilt again. The Romans made sure of that in 70 A.D.

That is why there's also a mosque sitting on the site presently. To make sure that the temple will never be rebuilt again.

Prophecy came true.

We are under the new covenant.

"Otherwise, would they not have stopped being offered? For the worshipers would have been cleansed once for all, and would no longer have felt guilty for their sins. But those sacrifices are an annual reminder of sins. It is IMPOSSIBLE for the blood of BULLS and GOATS to take away sins." -Heb 10:2-4

"And by that will, we have been made holy through the SACRIFICE of the BODY of Jesus Christ ONCE FOR ALL." - Heb 10:10

Reverting to old testament mosaic law of temple sacrifice is in effect, saying that Christ's sacrifice on the cross is insufficient.

Christ's died for all people of all nations including Israel. An Israeli who comes to saving faith in this age is called a Messianic Jew.

Messianic Jew = Christian

“However, the Most High DOES NOT LIVE in houses made by HUMAN HANDS. As the prophet says:

“‘Heaven is my throne,
and the earth is my footstool.
What kind of house will you build for me?
says the Lord.
Or where will my resting place be?
Has not my hand made all these things?’

“You stiff-necked people! Your HEARTS AND EARS are still UNCIRCUMCISED. You are just like your ancestors: You always resist the Holy Spirit! "
- Acts 7:48-51

“The God who made the world and everything in it is the Lord of heaven and earth and DOES NOT LIVE in temples built by human hands." - Acts 17:24

God does not need to dwell in a physical building. A 3rd temple is therefore not needed.

"Do you not know that YOUR BODY is a TEMPLE of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own;" - 1 Corinthians 6:19

We are the 3rd temple of the H.S. Not any physical brick & mortar building.

In conclusion, no earthly temple for animal sacrifice is ever needed again.

When the Temple was destroyed, Matthew 24 was clearly fulfilled in 70 AD.

The Abomination of desolation is the Roman Armies that surrounded and destroyed Jerusalem in 70 AD

& God Bless!

Do Raymond,

The Jewish nation will rebuild a temple and the Antichrist will sit on the seat of David. At that time, the nation of Israel will realize the Antichrist is not their messiah. I praise God I and the church will not be here to see that desolation but will be with my Bridegroom in my home prepared for the Bride of Christ. This has been my study and prayer since accepting Christ as my Kinsmen redeemer in 1974.

Ephesians 2:8-9 For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Romans 3:23 “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,”

Romans 5:8 “but God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”

I am looking for my blessed hope and the glorious appearing of my great God and Savior, Jesus Christ - who will soon and very soon come to Harpazo His beloved that His Holy and sinless Blood was shed for. :prayer-hands: :yahoo:

Do Raymond.

This is why it is called the Age of Grace.  Christians don't need a temple, while they don't lack for churches and cathedrals. For they are a living temple.  But the indwelling of the Holy Spirit shall not always strive with men.

The scriptures are clear after this age is complete it will revert back to the old, especially for the Jews.  Over spiritualization and remnants of replacement theology might teach something other than the Word!

Indeed a temple will be built.  For after 3 and a half years it will be desecrated.  Also during the Millenial Reign there will also be a temple in place.  God seems to regard a temple!  He called it a house of prayer!  With regards to the words of Jesus, He never taught that it would not be rebuilt.  Where do you get that idea from?

Again, after the Rapture God's focus will again shift towards Israel, His chosen people!

Mixing the old ashes with the new speaks to me of the Old Testament mixed with the New!  Often the Jewish nation did things out of rote and obedience, while disregarding the prophetic future applications.

We do the same when we cling to our own sacred cows!
