THE PURVEYORS OF INIQUITY Light dispels the darkness, Fast approaching is the dawn, But avarice fuels a fire, Of an affliction that lingers on. Vanquished are the platforms, Dissenting against malefic authority, Silenced are the voices, Representing the moral majority. Political factions craft their devious facade, As they frequent every steeple, During their quest for public office, They’ll stop at nothing to deceive the people. Upon election, however, their agendas quickly transmute, And their supporters once acknowledged as friends, Become encumbrances of futility that impede their paths, Into the dark abyss of their iniquitous ends. Oh, the designs of men to control the world, By promulgating their evil regimes, To betray their friends and sacrifice their souls, While pursuing their pagan and hedonistic dreams. What is so difficult about Truth and Honor? In possessing Faith and dignity that transcend travail? Affluence is manifested through clemency and compassion, And only the Love of God will ultimately prevail! Transgressors will burn when the Trumpet has blown, Their bread they should have eaten unleavened, A camel can pass through the eye of a needle, But the wicked will never be able to ascend to Heaven. I hope the politician enjoy their moment of power and glory -- it is a fleeting second in eternity! Humbly Oh there will be gnashing of teeth! They will forever rail and curse God! As humility is not in them. Had they drunk the cup of humility as like Christ did, their end would be different. No greater accomplishment can one boast of but that they are loved and cherished of God! Of all the many blessings the Lord has bestowed upon me, the fruitfulness of His favor is most cherished! TR “But the wicked will never be able to ascend to Heaven.” I’m just wondering though where the Great White Throne Judgment will be held ... in heaven or on the earth in Jerusalem? :unsure: If it is in heaven, the lost will see what they could of had. Ironically the first sin committed occurred in heaven with satan and 1/3 of the angels rebelling. Satan must spend A LOT of time in heaven ... Revelation 12: 9-11 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him. And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night. And a future war is going to happen in heaven .... Revelation 12:7-8 “And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels, And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.”
