Fifty three days after Passover minus three days between passover until Firstfruits (Resurrection Sunday in 32 AD), thence counting the 50 days from Firstfruits to Pentecost, makes it also also a Sunday.  No?

Hmmm ... this seems like a tricky math problem ... you forgot to throw in how many apples were left in the 1 quart basket after Sally made a  dozen and 1/2 of caramel apples and ate 2 and gave 1 to Betty and 2 to Billy.

All I know according to our calendar ...

Passover began April 8th and 50 days later brings us to May 28th which starts Shavuot.  We have a 3 day warning before Sunday, May 31st Pentecost. :popcorn

Geri,

Dont forget the one that rolled under the table, 1 given to the horse plus (as the story problem goes) the second bushel at the back door :mdrmdr: :mdrmdr: :mdrmdr: :mdrmdr:

You've been using the wrong formula!

Yohanan - now you’re talking my language :mdrmdr: :mdrmdr: - and to think our God is far beyond our puny understanding of such knowledge! We can write a mathematical formula to balance an equation to prove a theory, g = GM/r2 (gravity). We can write a mathematical formula to balance a chemical combination such as to balance the combination Na+Cl- (table salt) or H2O (water); AsH3O4 (Arsenic = rat poison)
You are correct on formula’s, it is only as good as the data, and many times (as has been proven - even recently with the Plannedemic) the data could be wrong. Robert Breaker and Dr. Awe have some great theories according to the Biblical data. Very exciting time indeed B-) :prayer-hands:

My eyes ... is that  advanced trig and calculus combined with a twist of musical notes?!

Ok ... here comes the corny jokes ... B-)

Why do plants hate math?  Because it gives them square roots

How do you keep warm in a cold room?  You go to the corner because its always 90 degrees

A math wiz’s dream vacation hot spot is?   Times Square

I know ... :groan

Oh boy Geri, You know I have to go there too! With theory you bring in Stats and then chemistry as well.

Don't trust atoms, they make up everything

Q: What do you do with a sick chemist?
A: If you can't helium, and you can't curium, then you might as well barium.

A statistician is a person who draws a mathematically precise line from an unwarranted assumption to a foregone conclusion.

The pregnant researcher gave birth to twin girls.
She named one Constance and keeps changing the name of the other one.

A statistician can have his head in an oven and his feet in ice, and he will say that on the average he feels fine.

Q: What do you get when you drop a piano into a mine shaft?
A: A Flat Miner :thankyou :popcorn

oh we will have such fun in glory! :yahoo:  May it come today :prayer-hands:

Bwahahaha   :mdrmdr:   Those are GREAT! :good:   I really needed a good laugh tonight because its been a tough week for me.  What keeps me going is this promise  ...

Luke 6:21
Blessed are ye that weep now: for ye shall laugh.

Yes indeed ... so looking forward to heaven and all the fun times we are going to have.  I know the Lord will be joking and teasing with us ... oh what joy its going to be to see His smiling face and to hear His voice!  I got goose bumps just thinking about it.  Only good times up ahead for the believer ... the best is yet to be!

Again, I can't wait to leave this Earth.  Sad that all Christian's don't feel the same way!

Citing those that love the idea of a Rapture, but not in their lifetime!

Really?!

Tricky math problems indeed!  God does seem to love His math.

All indications speak loudly for this year! Still believing and hoping for as much.  Should the Lord default to next year we may all find ourselves in a major life pickle.  Wonder where that phrase came from?!

Either way, our understanding will only increase.  Just a matter then of how long the labor pains will last?

Will the Church be asked to enter into even more martyrdom?!  Will this spiritual gleaning by God be asked of us?!

And why are spiritual wheat and tares so similar and indescernable?  In the spirit realm our seal is visible.  Not so in the physical realm.

So too is the day and the hour of God!
