THE BOUQUET OF HOPE I lifted my head to “see”, And what was it that caught my eye, But the storm clouds on the horizon, Ominously forming in the Eastern sky. I opened my ears to “listen”, And what was it that I did hear, But the fabrications from the Media, Calmly stating there’s nothing to fear. So I reached out to “touch” the Heavens, While I was prostrate upon the floor, And sought my Lord with a heavy-heart, As I have done a thousand times before. As I liberated my lips to pray, God allowed my aperture to “taste”, The brilliant spice of a Christian’s Eternity, Which unbelievers only scorn to waste. I then evinced my capacity of “smell”, And a beautiful Aroma permeated my soul, Was this fragrance from the Rose of Sharon, Coming to take us for a midnight stroll? I would venture to say our that our Grand Bouquet, Is preparing to spring a flourishing surprise, All our petals of despair in this flowerless darkness, Will soon blossom because our Lord will soon split the dreary skies! We pray that it is sooner than soon. God Bless! Humbly Lovely, lovely! A strong allusion to Springtime as well. A bouquet of flowers for the Bride! TR Wonder HI - excitedly wonderful! May it be so, a Spring Evening is fabulous, like the freshness after a Spring rain shower! :prayer-hands:
