Here is another verse of what God wants you to do ….

I Thess 5:22 says “Abstain from all appearance of evil”.  Other translations say … instead of “abstain” … “stay away” “flee from”  “keep away”  “avoid

So good news … God doesn’t even want you to witness to her.  Nor does He want you to write any letter nor make any phone calls.  Just cut all ties of contact.  So glad you didn’t eat that lemon cake!

If God hasn't called a christian or led a christian to witnessing to witches and psychics and such, it's best to leave it to those He does call and equip for that kind of ministry.

Most of us will never cross paths with satan worshippers but we can pray for them still, knowing they exist.

But we need to be prepared, pray and shine the Light in unexpected circumstances - because you never know who among friends, or even in your family, might be being drawn in, enticed and deceived by those practicing witchcraft.

And Heidi, a gift of yours is in helping people in all the ways the Lord leads you, but in my opinion, dealing with those involved in witchcraft practices, are not what you're called to be involved in. It is very ok for you to back away from this lady, because God is in control, and He knows just what she needs in the hopes she will be saved.

This reminds me of a local lady that owned a deli.  I used to frequent it a lot to order lunch and for the company lunch meetings and/or holiday parties.  They would also make warm side dishes (Italian stuff shells, etc.).  Then when we worked from our homes I was hardly ever in her deli and one day I saw her in the local grocery store … she approached me and we were talking and I was asking how her business is doing this was before Covid … she was excited and talked about relocating the business to a new location and everything is working out better with seating indoors and not just take out only.  She didn’t look very good … blue/green in the face and I asked her if she is feeling ok?   She said yes.  Then 2 days later the newspaper reported that she had passed away.  I was sadden … I never felt compelled to witness to her and I asked the Lord why?  As I went to google her name … I came across her facebook page and it showed her interests and was shocked to find out she was not only a lesbian but was heavily involved in witchcraft so then I knew “the why”.  I felt bad where she ended up … but at the same time I realized some people’s hearts are so hardened nobody will be able to reach them.

I am so grateful for you, my Ritan family. I am grateful of how much you are helping me.

I was wondering if the devil was trying to cause me more harm by bringing this lady into my life.

She texted me over a month ago and told me to come to her place and have tea and snacks. I thought "how hospitable of her. Not a lot of people invite you to their home. Usually, it’s going out for lunch or coffee with people.

then she texted that she has some errands to run and I thought, “so she is not really being hospitable, she is hoping I would text back offering her a ride as long as I am going to be coming over…”

I did offer her a ride to pick something up.  After we picked the stuff up, I went in to her apartment, felt claustrophobic or my spirit got unsettled………………

She did ask me a couple of times again if I can visit her. Then she mentioned a couple of times her coming to my place.

I am wondering now where this insistence of me being at her place and her coming to mine is coming from.

She also insisted before I left her apartment that she make me tea, sandwich, ……………

I was thinking yesterday that I should cut ties with her and not try to minister to her in any way. As a psychic, she is too much into Satan’s grip and there will be problems for me. I thought people like that should be left to people who are trained and called to do that.

Kolleen and Geri, thank you so much for your confirmation and info

She may try to guilt you in to continued relationship, or to drive her here or there, but remember that saying, "just say 'no." - with no guilt! It is sad to lose what looked like a nice friendship for how well you got along, but the enemy lays his traps, and in this case, that is one of them - first to draw you in, and then her insistence on involving both your homes. Walk away in peace and pray for her. :rose:

Yep, this psychic female is not your friend.  Sure sounds like she is using you for rides and who knows what else.  She knows she gets her power from satan and she considers him her “god”.   So she is tricking you and deceiving you.  These people LOVE to mingle in with the Christian communities to cause havoc in the lives of those whom they befriend.

This is what happened to my aunt when she was a snowbird in Florida … she was on a bus and sat across from a “lady” that wore a weird unusual  looking necklace.  My aunt innocently asked her about her necklace … before you know it she realized she was talking to someone heavily involved in witchcraft.  She was sorry she asked and couldn’t wait to get off that bus.  When she got home … she was using one of those neck massagers it has 2 rolling balls to relieve stress and as she was laying down on her bed using it … all of a sudden the machine malfunctioned and one side opened up a tiny crack and the rolling ball grab her long hair which was down to her shoulders and quickly rolled it into the machine before she could press the off button.  The machine was up against on side of her neck and hanging like dead weight and she couldn’t remove her hair out of it.  She called her neighbor to help her but he couldn’t open up the compartment either.  So he had to cut the back of  her hair to release the machine … and since one side of her head now had super short hair and the other side was really long … he had to cut off the rest of her hair to make it even.  She filed a complaint with the manufacturer and they said this is a first they have heard this happening.

I purchased a famous print picture from the Goodwill store for only $5.00.  Its a popular painting of a country basket with berries.  Sounds so innocent.  Well weird things started happening once I brought that painting home.  In the middle of the night wall hangings started to drop and crash.  Then in the day time my dog was looking up at the ceiling in fear while barking crazy and I didn’t see anything and was trying to calm him down.  Then I seriously injured my knee.  I was googling who the painter and I got the shock of my life when I discovered she is a practicing pagan who not only paints but writes witchcraft books.    So I took that painting down and destroyed it and threw it into the outside trash can.  All the weird stuff stopped happening and I slowly got healed in my knee.

We just have to be careful who we associate with and what things we bring into our homes.

Back in 2015 … my sister gave me one of those Himalayan salt lamps … its suppose to relieve stress.  As soon as I plugged that lamp into the wall socket … I immediately felt sleepy … it was a struggle to keep my eyes open while sitting at my computer (work desk) and I was seeing at the corner of my eyes black robes flying by … I felt an evil presence in the room.  So I quickly unplugged it and placed in a brown paper bag and drove to the nearest store and dumped it into their trash can.  I called up my sister to tell her what happened and she said the same thing occurred with her so she was getting rid of hers too.  Yet I read on forum boards about other Christians who have these salt lamps in their homes … and one guy has it as his avatar … eek.

I know Kolleen. I was just feeling sad cause I am going to miss her. We really seemed to have hit if off.

she told me of a place that has such good deals in a nearby city and we were going there on Friday. she told me in the morning that she was not feeling well and to postpone it to next week. We also were planning a trip to a farm.

thank you for the advice. I won't feel  guilty. I will just tell her no. I have not forgotten what I have been through because my sister and other teenage friends used to mess around with seances and Ouija boards. My sister used to take me with her and it was very scary for me as a kid. I remember how bad it got before I was able to break free with the help of a Christian counsellor. I will have nothing to do with psychics and the occult and will not feel any guilt saying no.

Geri, that was a  scary story about your sister. She did not even bring an object home and this happened to her sitting opposite someone who was into the occult? I am glad she is OK.

I am sorry for what you have been through too. I am glad your knee is better and thank you for the warning about these lamps.

Should I or shouldn't I share this.......!

These things are all too real to all our surprise in various degree's I'm sure. You can be more caught unaware before knowing the Lord of course, and as Geri shows, even after salvation, but, the Lord delivers us out and away from them all when they are revealed.

I was adopted at birth, and so wanted to find my birth family later on. Well, when I did in my birth state, she was "at work." When I came in, I found she was half owner of an occult bookstore. Moving on to her home, she had crystals hanging in windows, an eeery painting with eyes that followed you, a large droplet of ink purposefully dropped on paper that formed a face with an aura around the head - this had trapped her in to following eastern religions because she said it was the face of a man over there somewhere, leading such a group. Then - she and my half brother there, told me that at times, there was a "presence" in the house.

Needless to say, I became petrified, pre-salvation! I had a nightmare after getting back home and told her about it. She told me she "fixed" it by using white witchcraft, and I wouldn't have that happen again. That frightened me too! She asked me a couple times to come back and stay for a visit, but I never did.

In my former marriage, laborers had come to our door one night and we let them in. They gave the salvation message and I received Christ and will never ever forget an intense inner amazing sense of real spiritual uplift inside. It was a "wow" after they'd left, and remained for some time. Sad to say my husband rejected it all, so, after time and no church or instruction etc, I forgot totally about it.

But when my bio mother died, I believe that is what was operating when another half brother took me to her hospital room. Do you know - after a minute she shooshed me out of the room! Did not want me there! Tho we were not close, it hurt for many years because I didn't understand.

Later on, moving here to CO., my new neighbor asked me to her weekly bible study, and she shared the gospel there. I went home and sat down on the floor, asking God to save me....!! It was after that that I began to vaguely, and then fully recall the night of my "first" salvation!

So, even tho in that last meeting with my bio mother, I had forgotten I had prayed to receive Jesus the first time, the Lord showed me years after that - that that was the reason my bio mom's lost spirit, wanted me out of the hospital room. So that there would be no chance of my witnessing to her. The devil had her in his grip and he wasn't going to let go. A spiritual battle you might say, unknown to me at the time, because the enemy knew I was saved and a threat, so he worked in her lost soul to send me away.

With no remembrance of my first salvation, and having had no instruction, I was clueless as to why she had sent me out of that room. But so thankful for the Lords understanding years later.

All that to say, the enemy is always seeking those whom he may devour. And God works in mysterious ways to save His people.
