http://watchfortheday.org/7of7.html The site above is very interesting concerning the celestial line-ups that are happening this Pentecost. According to it, the last time Venus lined up with the Pleiades in Taurus on Pentecost was 2003 and it won't happen again through 2050. "“The mystery of the seven stars which you saw in My right hand, and the seven golden lampstands: The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands which you saw are the seven churches.” Revelation 1:20 ““To the angel of the church of Ephesus write, ‘These things says He who holds the seven stars in His right hand, who walks in the midst of the seven golden lampstands:” Venus, the Morning Star, represents Christ according to Revelation: Revelation 22:16 “I, Jesus, have sent my angel to give you this testimony for the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, and the bright Morning Star.” Another interesting sign you can see this Pentecost is the moon moving through the cycle of Leo seen here at Sky and Telescope's website: https://www.skyandtelescope.com/observing/this-weeks-sky-at-a-glance-june-7-15/ Eastern Orthodox Church places Pentecost on Sunday June 16th. Seems kinda quiet now here in Rita Land. I wonder if everyone is holding their breath, or given up on Pentecost? TR TR, still looking up, just had two busy days at work, time is still flying by! I believe any day is a good day for an upward flight! :prayer-hands: :yahoo: Nope, I will never give up being a watcher. Getting very excited for this Sunday! :good: The reason I’ve been off the board is because the condo community board wants us to paint our front doors “white” so I was at the paint store getting the required brand/lot # and then spent time doing the front door and repainted the outside trash shed door. Spent most of the day outside in the sunshine and I’m now tired ... TR, last week was our last week of classes and this week the teachers are breaking down the classrooms and working on our "checkout" lists. Very busy two weeks. I got teary-eyed pulling down my classroom decorations and realizing I just said goodbye to all my kiddos. Now that my summer break is starting, I hope to get on RITAN more, when I am not busy researching for next year's lesson plans and reading lots of teaching books! For Pentecost, I just woke up hopeful and waited to see if anything happened. We spent time together as a family. Now that that date has past, I watch for the next one!
