Kelly, I hear you, but seriously it is truly a feeling of this is it …. If you have ever done a job change and gotten what is commonly known as “short timers attitude” — that is exactly how I have been feeling for over a month now and it seems to be a growing feeling… Nothing of this earth feels right anymore. I accidentally put a nice long dent along the passenger side of my new year old car about a month ago, I have great insurance, but have yet to get it fixed, why, because it really doesn’t matter ….. we finally finished our whole house renovation and it is beautiful and a very comfortable home, the only project left is to get the new tan vinyl fence up and plant my small orchard in the back 40 of the yard, yet when the yard and fence guy said, “next week if the weather holds” — my response was ok, because it is just not that important anymore. Maybe this is a wrong feeling but it is hanging on and I catch myself listening for that trumpet sound, looking up constantly, talking to the Lord consistently. It feels like an intrusion to go to work, to grocery shop, to gas up the car, the normal mundane things we call daily life…. So just give in and get excited, we are going HOME! :yahoo: On the flip side — if by some slim chance it is not this year — hang on to your hats because it is going to get VERY rough and we will have to wait another 7 years… Man is that a Debbie downer thought! Naw — we are going home in about 3 weeks or less!!!!!!! :prayer-hands: :yahoo: :amen: Tammie, I feel the same way. Yesterday I was gardening and collecting the seeds from the dead flowers but before you know it … I was thinking … why am I doing this? :scratch: If the rapture happens on Feast of Trumpets … or at the very latest … Yom Kippur (October 5th) I wont be needing these flower seeds any more. And the left behind wont be using them cause the 2 witnesses will be given power from God to cause it not to rain for 3 1/2 years … I got that strong feeling too … we are at the end of this dispensation of Grace and going to our real home!! :whistle: Tammie, I know the feeling exactly, we are in process of building a new home, which I'm really not too excited about. It's about 90% completed and when we bought in (against my protestations) I had a feeling to just go along because we will never live there anyway. :mdrmdr: Kelly and Geri, same feelings are being felt by many believers I know from work. It is growing stronger every day. Makes doing normal life very difficult. We are in our house that we started last year now with just a few things left to do but it just feels like it’s not mine. My husband says maybe it will survive and all those who may find refuge here will at least get the gospel and survival stuff for a few years anyway. Get ready to take flt 777 to see King Jesus in the air. How exciting is that! Oh I’m so excited Tammie … after seeing the youtube Donna just posted from Tom Hughes … they are on track to have the High speed train up and running from Tel Aviv's Ben-Gurion International Airport to the Western Wall Temple Mount to open just in time for Passover 2023. our whole house reno was the same for me, just go along - I met a lot of workers I would not have prior and they got a taste of Jesus - lol
