I've been reading about Rosh Hashanah on the internet and saw where the two days are considered one long day, starting this Friday evening and ending Sunday evening. The last trump, known as the Tekia Gedolah, stands for redemption and is blown at the end of 100 trumpet blasts. It is a very long trumpet blast, it lasts as long as the trumpeter has breath to hold it. Also the word Tekia stands for joy and contentment. I'm not sure exactly when during the two day period this blowing of trumpets happens, perhaps tomorrow, The last trumpet blown on Rosh Hashanah has been compared to Paul's reference to the last trump that happens at the rapture, also called the trump of God. Yes, two days on Sunay some point the last Trump of RH will be blown. Just don't know what time?! On the Feast known as the last trump! That's when we might hear the Trump of God! Scripturally, the last sacrifice happened at 3pm, when Jesus died! Wonder if that's when the last blowing of the shofar will occur?! TR So its a 2 day event blowing the shofar 100 times?
