She told him that she is not working anymore because she did not take the shot. she also said: I did not use a religious exemption because that takes away my rights under the constitution Anyone know anything about this? sounds serious. Got me worried about submitting one. thank you I just got an email from an attorney. You don't lose your constitutional rights if you ask for religious exemption. I am not sure what the nurse was talking about. It doesn't make sense that anything can make you lose your constitutional rights.
