Point being, there are times for us to be passive, and times we need to be proactive!  IMHO

I think it is best to try to follow the Lord’s leading with contrary people/situations.  I agree with you about God’s justice prevailing on behalf of those that have been wronged in this life, if not here then in heaven. :good:

I struggle with this one.  Jesus was led as a sheep to slaughter.  That sticks in my mind as His example of how we should behave.  But there are situations when I feel I'm being mistreated and I should be able to stand up for myself.  98% Of the time I keep my peace.  I may roll my eyes, or make a quick smart comment (which isn't good) and it's been good that the other person held their peace.   Unfortunately, I have this mouth that, on very rare occasions, has mouthed off without my permission.  It's very rare, but it has happened.  Sometimes I feel justified and then sometimes I feel like, Jesus went to the cross without a fight and I can't keep my mouth shut in such a minuscule situation?  :unsure:
